Ho portato il mio IPad per una “semplice” sostituzione dello schermo di Lunedì 1 Febbraio ma mi è stato detto che lo schermo andava ordinato e sarebbe arrivato dopo 2-3 giorni. Giovedì 4 Febbraio torno a riprendere il mio IPad ma dopo averlo smontato il tecnico (se così si può chiamare) si è accorto che non era quello giusto, così mi ha chiesto di tornare il Lunedì seguente. Il Lunedì sono tornato a ritirare l’iPad (2º volta) e questa volta il pezzo era giusto ma il touch non funzionava! A questo punto Il tecnico mi dice che deve ordinare un nuovo schermo e di tornare dopo un paio di giorni per riprenderlo. Oggi Venerdi 12 Febbraio, dopo essere stato contattato telefonicamente per comunicarmi che il mio IPad era pronto, vado a ritirarlo (finalmente) e indovinate un po’, schermo sostituito (davvero male, con colla che esce ai lati e tasto centrale che non funziona come prima) ma il touch continua a non funzionare! Mi è stato detto che il tecnico sarebbe arrivato il pomeriggio e che ci avrebbe lavorato su appena arrivato e mi avrebbero fatto sapere...vi tengo aggiornati! Nel frattempo STATE ALLA LARGA da questi incompetenti!!!
The worst possible experience. I took my IPad for a "simple" screen replacement on Monday February 1st but was told the screen needed to be ordered and would arrive in 2-3 days. Thursday 4th February I go back to get my iPad back but after having taken it apart the technician (if you can call it that) realized that it was not the right one, so he asked me to come back the following Monday. On Monday I went back to pick up the iPad (2nd time) and this time the piece was right but the touch didn't work! At this point the technician tells me he has to order a new screen and come back after a couple of days to get it back. Today Friday 12 February, after being contacted by phone to tell me that my IPad was ready, I'm going to pick it up (finally) and guess what, screen replaced (really bad, with glue coming out on the sides and central button that doesn't work as before) but the touch still doesn't work! I was told that the technician would arrive in the afternoon and that he would work on it as soon as he arrived and they would let me know ... I'll keep you updated! In the meantime, STAY AWAY from these incompetents !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Potessi dare meno stelle lo farei , ho speso 200 euro per uno schermo xsmax , dopo 10 giorni ha smesso di fare , l’unica cosa che mi sono sentita dire è che “ potrebbe essere caduto non rientra in garanzia quindi non si cambia “ senza averlo guardato per più di 10 secondi , dopo di ciò spendo altri 150 euro in un altro posto per sentirmi dire che lo schermo mi era stato montato male , prego per i 200 euro regalati non tornerei nemmeno se foste l’unico negozio di riparazioni
I could give fewer stars I would do it, I spent 200 euros for an xsmax screen, after 10 days it stopped doing, the only thing I heard was that "it could have fallen, it's not covered by the warranty so you can't change it" without having it watched for more than 10 seconds, after that I spend another 150 euros in another place to be told that the screen was badly mounted, I pray for the 200 euros given away I would not go back even if you were the only repair shop
