★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato qualche giorno fa per chiedere informazioni riguardo i prodotti. Personale gentilissimo e molto preparato (in particolare ho avuto assistenza da due ragazze). Sicuramente da tenere di conto rispetto altri punti vendita.
I was a few days ago to ask for information about the products. Very kind and very prepared staff (in particular I had assistance from two girls). Certainly to be taken into account with respect to other points of sale.

Mi è subito caduto l'occhio su un iqos blu, molto carino. Le ragazza con cui ho parlato è stata super dolce e mi ha spiegato pure il funzionamento. Super consigliato!
I entered the shop out of pure curiosity, my friends had recommended it to me because according to them the products were good and the staff qualified. My eye immediately fell on a blue iqos, very nice. The girl I spoke to was super sweet and explained how it works as well. Super recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata lo scorso sabato per cercare di avere dell'assistenza in quanto la mia Iqos è mal funzionante. Oltre al fatto che la ragazza è stata più acida dello yogurt scaduto che ho nel frigo, non ha neanche risolto il mio problema, anzi se n'è lavata le mani e mi ha fatto parlare con il suo collega che mi ha spiegato che probabilmente era un problema di aggiornamento (cosa non vera tra l'altro) Un consiglio? Cambiate personale visto che oltre ad essere degli incapaci sono anche dei cafoni svogliati!
I went last Saturday to try to get some assistance as my Iqos is malfunctioning. Besides the fact that the girl was more acidic than the expired yogurt I have in the fridge, she didn't even solve my problem, in fact she washed her hands and let me talk to her colleague who explained that it was probably an update problem (which is not true by the way) Any advice? Change staff since in addition to being incompetent they are also listless peasants!
