Staff arrogante e irrispettoso, prezzi che non rispecchiano quelli di unieuro(molto superiori/diversi). Addirittura quando ho fatto notare la cosa e ho chiesto il reso è stato detto che loro non sono unieuro(dicemdomelo con mascherina con dicitura unieuro e con la busta del prodotto di unieuro) e i prezzi dell online sono diversi da quelli del negozio. Avrei dovuto dare meno 100 ma non mo e possibile quindi do 1 stella che equivale al peggio assoluto. Pessimi anche il servizio clienti, che non ha risolto l'accaduto. Really bad, highly discouraged in all its aspects. Arrogant and disrespectful staff, prices that do not reflect those of unieuro (much higher / different). Even when I pointed this out and asked for a return, I was told that they are not unieuro (saying it to me with a mask with the wording unieuro and with the envelope of the unieuro product) and the online prices are different from those of the store. I should have given minus 100 but it is not possible so I give 1 star which is the absolute worst. The customer service was also bad, which did not solve the problem.

Ho ordinato una playstation il mercoledì mattina e il sabato era già arrivata in negozio pronta per essere ritirata. Questo Unieuro non è fornito di parcheggio ma si puo parcheggiare lungo la strada. For the first time I found myself buying from the unieuro chain. I ordered a playstation on Wednesday morning and on Saturday it had already arrived in the store ready for collection. This Unieuro has no parking but you can park along the road.
