Il personale è sempre stato sgradevole , ma aggiungere persone che attirano i clienti per far firmare abbonamenti con Euroclub, perché di loro si tratta, è la scelta peggiore che potessero fare. Da rivedere completamente, soprattutto i dipendenti. It used to be a fairly well stocked library, but it has gotten a lot worse in recent years. The staff have always been unpleasant, but adding people who attract customers to sign up with Euroclub, because they are, is the worst choice they could make. To be completely reviewed, especially the employees.

Questa volta sono andata io e la disponibilità del personale è veramente vergognoso. Non ti salutano neanche nonostante tu abbia salutato per primo. My husband once went to get advice on a book to give me and they couldn't help. This time I went and the helpfulness of the staff is truly disgraceful. They don't even greet you even though you greeted first.

It is an excellent bookshop and always stocked with new releases inside the i Gigli shopping center, great for taking a tour even among the shops.

Mi è sembrato piccola come libreria, ma sono stati gentili nel controllare se il libro era realmente presente ed a mettermelo da parte. They moved upstairs. I only went in to pick up a book that I had had to put aside. It seemed small to me as a bookcase, but they were kind to check if the book was really there and put it aside for me.

Esposto il fatto il personale non capiva, o non voleva capire, dove fosse il problema, cercando anzi di giustificarsi e di ottenere la ragione, nonostante abbia ripetuto più volte la questione cercando di essere il più chiara possibile, mi sono trovata davanti ad un muro. Lavoro anche io in negozio e so per certo che, a ragione o meno, le lamentele di un cliente vanno gestite con rispetto, mettendo in primis in discussione se stessi e mai il cliente stesso. La notizia che manca a questi signori è che nessuno li ha costretti a lavorare lì e se devono farlo senza alcuna professionalità, competenza, piacere o cortesia, farebbero meglio a cambiare impiego. Detto questo, dopo aver speso duecento euro in un posto dove sembrava di disturbare il sonno delle cassiere, ritorno alle mie librerie di fiducia e per tutto il resto c’è Amazon. The staff seem to blame the customer for being forced into a job they don't appreciate. The news that these gentlemen are missing is that no one forced them to work there and if they have to do it without any professionalism, competence, pleasure or courtesy, they'd better change jobs. Having said that, after spending two hundred euros in a place where it seemed to disturb the cashier's sleep, I return to my trusted bookstores and for everything else there is Amazon.
