★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La cartoleria meriterebbe 5 stelle, ma viene penalizzata dalla cafonaggine delle due commesse. L'ultima volta addirittura chiacchieravano urlando tra di loro, senza badare minimamente ai clienti. A chieder qualcosa sembra di dar fastidio e anche mentre vengo servita la situazione non cambia: continuano a fare gli affari loro, non mi guardano in faccia ne' mi rispondono; si prendono i soldi di mano e tanti saluti....anzi, neanche quello!
The stationery shop deserves 5 stars, but is penalized by the lacklusterness of the two orders. Last time they even chatted screaming to each other, without paying any attention to customers. To ask something seems to be annoying and even while I am being served the situation does not change: they continue to do their business, they do not look at me in the face or answer me; they take their hands and greetings .... indeed, not even that!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È un negozio completo per quanto riguarda materiali scolastico e non solo, ma la ciliegina sulla torta è la commessa morettina che è stata gentilissima e m'ha saputo indirizzare al meglio sull'acquisto che dovevo fare, molto professionale e competente. Ci ritornerò sicuramente.

Inavvertitamente mentre testavo le varie fragranze me ne e’ scivolata una che purtroppo sì e’ rotta. Immaginate il mio imbarazzo. Ho chiesto scusa mille volte, mi sono trovata davanti due commesse che non hanno proferito una sola parola per farmi sentire meno a disagio. Mi guardavano con sufficienza come se fossi una persona disdicevole. Mai , mai mi sono sentita così a disagio. Naturalmente ho pagato la candela danneggiata. Personale totalmente privo di empatia e di capacità di stare al pubblico. L’ esperienza peggiore vissuta in un negozio in tutta la mia vita.

Unintentionally while I was testing the various fragrances, one slipped and unfortunately broke. Imagine my embarrassment. I apologized a thousand times, I found myself in front of two salesmen who did not utter a single word to make me feel less uncomfortable. They looked at me smugly as if I were an unseemly person. Never, ever have I felt so uncomfortable. Of course I paid for the damaged spark plug. Staff totally devoid of empathy and ability to be with the public. The worst experience in a shop in my entire life.
