★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live in Spain and My mother thought to make me a present buying a jacket in this store before March quarantine. Due to Covid situation, I couldn't come back until 20th of December 2020. Once tried, I realized that the jacket was quite large and my intention was to change it. So I went to the store and after have spoken with all Sales assistants and then with the manager, they told me that they COULDN'T CHANGE IT because my mother bought it on March.
I would like To know how I could change the jacket before if I hadn't the occasion to come back (Covid19) and try it...
VERY BAD Experience, Sales assistant and manager not helpful, I will never buy again in this store!!!
