★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un servizio pessimo, la carta di credito trattenuta e l'ammontare detratto dal conto ! Non c'e un numero di emergenza e dopo avere inoltrato email nessuna risposta. Una frode la responsabilità' e' anche della gestione dell'aeroporto che da spazio ad un simile servizio.
A bad service, the credit card withheld and the amount deducted from the bill! There is no emergency number and after sending an email no response. A fraud is also the responsibility of the airport management that gives space to such a service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alla fine ho deciso di cambiare i soldi una volta arrivato a destinazione, ma ho comunque trovato cortesia e personale che mi ha pazientemente spiegato come funzionavano alcune cose che non avevo chiare. Assolutamente consigliato, anche perché da quello che ho visto applica il cambio ufficiale.
In the end I decided to change the money once I arrived at my destination, but I still found courtesy and staff that patiently explained to me how some things worked that I didn't know. Absolutely recommended, also because from what I saw it applies the official exchange rate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Confermo, tasse spropositate (un 25% circa del valore cambiato, se contate che ho cambiato euro in dollari e ho preso meno dollari degli euro che ho pagato, con tasso favorevole) in più ti rilasciano un foglio con scritto che il buy-back è gratuito (ovvero dovrebbero ricambiare verso la moneta di partenza senza commissioni) e poi quando vai allo sportello, ti dicono di non avere contanti, di non poter fare bonifici o altro e che quel foglio non avrebbero dovuto dartelo. Da denuncia all'ascom. Mai più. Ci fossero zero stelle, darei quello
I confirm, disproportionate taxes (about 25% of the changed value, if you count that I have changed euros into dollars and have taken less dollars than the euros I paid, at a favorable rate) plus they issue you a sheet with written that the buy-back is free (i.e. they should reciprocate to the starting currency without commissions) and then when you go to the counter, they tell you that they have no cash, that they cannot make transfers or anything else and that they shouldn't have given that sheet to you. From the complaint to the ascom. Never again. There were zero stars, I'd give that
