β β β β β Avoid this place at all cost if you can. They are very lazy. Specially the black girl. She talks trash about people in Italian, luckily for me I speak it. She is very rude and not helpful. We stayed In Florence for a week at hotel Duomo. Go somewhere else.

β β β β β Don't go there to buy your euros no matter the rate you see on display. They will charge 19.90 % of whatever amount you want to buy plus 9.90 euro as a "fixed fee euro". They have that also in display but of course in a very fine print.
Better talk to your bank and get your euros directly from an ATM if it is possible.

β β β β β This place is a total rip off.
The tell you the exchange rate but donβt tell you to look at a piece of paper hidden where they say they will charge you around 20% commission and additional fees.
They make you sign electronically and only after everything you realized you have been rippped off and they refuse to cancel the transaction.
The girl there (Ana) is rude and basically they rip you in daylight.
I want to report them to the police.

β β β β β RUN AWAY FROM BOTH EXCHANGE SERVICES NEXT TO EACH OTHER!!!! BOTH ARE A FRAUD!!!! We went with 100 swiss francs, the lady (very unfriendly) said the exchange rate was 1.22, we said ok, gave her the mone and the passport. She gave us β¬50!!!! We of course complained... she just stole us! Then she explained about 19.9% commissions + β¬9.95!!!!!!!!! Then we said that we didnβt want to make the exchange then.... and she refused to give us the money back because once you give her your passport she cannot give you your money back!!!! This is crazy!!!! We didnβt sign anything.... how she cannot give you your money back if you donβt agree with the commission and fix rate? I am sure all this is illegal!!!!! Can we do something?! Just not fair!
And the other one next to it also! I met two people who had the same problem.

They charge 25 EUROS for any exhange transaction and they donβt tell you.
A blonde italian lady with blue eyes long hair.cashier#0498. Lied about the fees, once she was given the money she gave us $20 euros less saying that was her commission fee. She refused to cancel and said she was the manager but refused to give her name. Itβs illegal to NOT disclose this info. How is this even allowed in Italy! Im in disbelief!
