โ โ โ โ โ Quite small, but with enough shops to keep one busy for transit hours. Common spaces are clean and spatious, however the toilets were a bit dirty. Large parking structure outside.

โ โ โ โ โ The airport is described as manageable. Too small, crowded and definitely not designed for a crowd fits better. The earliest people can get to the security check is two hours before gate closure. The gastronomic offer in front of the security check leaves much to be desired - there are also hardly any seats available. Once passed the security check, the gates merge almost seamlessly. There is no seating here either. You sit on the cold floor, somewhere between the restaurant, the charging station or the next trash can. Quality of stay? Not really. The friendliness of the staff, with whom I got in touch was not worthy of Italians. Would tearing down and rebuilding the whole place be an idea for improvement by any chance?

โ โ โ โ โ If you have to go to Bolonia airport make sure to go with time, doesnโt matter what time you arrive there is ALWAYS an infinity line to do, departing or arriving is the same. If you arrive there and you have to take the bus to go to other region donโt take it to close to your arrive, I have lost mine twice!! Do not spend the night there, is not posible to sleep in those chairs and if youโre a smoker, get your patch on, because this airport doesnโt have smokers area. The duty free isnโt something to see, is small and nothing relevant and there is just 3 coffeeโs shop in the boarding area, so imposible to get some drinks or food and not even think about find a decent table or chair. In conclusion worst airport ever, if you can, go to Milan or other place.

โ โ โ โ โ AWFUL EXPERIENCE - the picture doesn't even start to describe the awful experience I had today. After more than 1 hr queue at the Brussels Airlines desk for no reason (I had no luggage to check in, but was asked - like all the other passengers - to collect the boarding pass there) a crazy long disorganized queue was still waiting for me, 40 min ahead of my departure. Nobody was there to help or facilitate, I had to do what I usually hate and jump the queue, arriving at my gate 10 minutes before scheduled departure time. My time there was a nightmare and I don't think anybody deserves this feeling. I especially hate this since I'm Italian and I hate to be labelled after the inefficiency of places like this. I will try to avoid flying from here as much as possible from now on, but again there is a structural problem that I hope is addressed since I wouldn't wish an experience like the one I had today to anybody else.

โ โ โ โ โ The arrival area is nice, lots of shops, feels good. However the departure zone is very small and has very few chairs, most people stand or sit on the ground, it's like they don't care about you anymore once you're leaving

โ โ โ โ โ Really nice airport, at the first floor we found have some restaurants and few coffee shops.
Then we should go to the second flor to pass the security check and find our gate, also there is some coffee shops and stores.
For parking I think is 3โฌ each our, but also there is a kisspass where you have 10min free entrances to go and pickup people, anyway we couldnโt find any free space at the parking so we did found a free parking place outside the airport, just 5-10 min walk.
Clean and people was really kind
Puro Gusto Bar have Vegan options to eat at the first floor ??

โ โ โ โ โ BLQ improvements are welcomed, especially the airtrain"Marconi express" connection to the city center.
However 3* here because the gates areas still don't have enough seats, you can see people sitting on the floor everywhere,why?
Lastly, what about updating the restroom's amenities to the EU standards?

โ โ โ โ โ I had a good experience at the airport.
Going to /from the Central train station is easy with the Marconi express train. The tickets can be bought in advance online. The staff at the gates is helpful.
The airport is not very big and it gets crowded sometimes. There can be long waiting lines at the arrivals terminal but if you have a passport you can easily go through by scanning it.
There aren't enough seats in the waiting area. If you get there in time you don't have to wait to go through security check.
