★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They spent more time trying to charge people for extra luggage than getting people on the plane. Waited at the gate passed take off time whilst they continued to go round. Also the plane was not even full ?♂️. The airport had a reasonable number of shops and food outlets but duty free was closed :(

Helpful staff
Note for left baggage - there is a public phone (real!) next to the locked baggage room. Must call 555 for someone to come & open it.
There is a near by machine next to the fast track to pay (10 euro per bag a day, +2 euro for fast track in security)

Thank goodness we arrived hours and hours ahead of time. 100+ people waiting at check-in with only one counter open and due to the slowest moving security I’ve experienced just about made it to boarding. Restaurants and cafes are not good at all. Staff move about like sloths and have a face on as if they’re doing you a favor by being there. For public facing roles they require much better training in customer service to meet international level

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The airport isn't set out very well at all. We checked our bags and were told to go right and up the stairs. After searching around for a staircase for ten minutes, we asked a rip and they pointed us to the other side of the airport. We got to security and that was fine, no problems there. When we found out gate B7 , we attempted to get to it. We got through passport control and followed the signage. We found five gates merged into one area. No one knew where they should be at all. It was carnage. Not the best system I've seen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Airport security was a little slow, but where isn’t it. There’s lots of food and drink available before and after security. In the waiting area by the gates there’s lots of comfy sofas with usb sockets for charging phones etc. So pleasantly surprised by this airport i had to write a review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got kicked outside of the airport waiting on a morning flight as my other flight got in there at night. They kicked everyone out (200 or so people) with no explanation and were extremely rude. How do you treat your tourist like that?!?! Plus it was cold and I'm pregnant!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A small airport serving a number of airlines. Getting through security and passport control was quick at this airport. Duty Free was closed for refurbishment on our visit but plenty of choice around to choose from. Only one provider with a bus direct to city Alibus 5 Euro each way. Clean and tidy airport with quick service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very good experience when I landed here, very fast and well organized bus.
While departing from here was very smooth, almost no line at security checks, decent lounge area.
I give 4 stars cause I think they can improve the connection from the airport to the city center: we need a subway.
