β β β β β Total rip off!! Do not use this company!! We were sold a fake insurance when booked via the internet so had to buy another extortionate insurance when collecting the car. Then when checking bank statement, found we were charged an extra Β£40 with reason or explanation. In total it cost Β£378 to hire a hire a fiat panda for 5 days. I've since got a quote from Enterprise, same car, same locations, same insurance for 5 days Β£157

β β β β β The worse car rental I have ever seen. It's as if they don't know what they're doing, I waited for an hour for a car that I have pre-booked and paid for. On top of it they gave me a car that had scratches all over. I couldn't see it because it was late in the evening. The next morning I was shocked. They told me there was a little scratch but it was worse. I returned the car with full petrol but after a week they took money from my account again. Thiefs and mafia's I have been calling them but no response. Am Italian and I live in UK now. You will never see these kinds of behaviour in UK. I am never going back to Italy.

β β β β β 1 hour and 30 minutes to collect the keys of a pre-booked car!!! Definitely the slowest car hire in the world!!! On top of it they took my deposit twice because of a computer crash. Money that I still haven't received back into my bank account!

β β β β β It's close on Saturdays, you can leave the car in the parking lot and return the keys at avis office inside the airport, there was not service at all.

β β β β β The drop off on the airport was the most horrible exp I ever had! 4 hours nobody answers the phone provided neither for pick up or drop off. The address given opens in both Google Maps and Waze in the middle of the highway. The staff both on the airport pick up and drop off were extremely rude. On the top of that, the one on the apt pick up is not capable of reading a map or GPS and insist to draw a 3y like drawing on my ticket. Have to say that the puck up office on Bologna Centrale was nothing alike. The guy there was amazing!

β β β β β Pick up was quick as I use the phone option. On the desk lady only check my ID and card. Max 3 minutes. Than you have to walk approx 9 minutes to the car park. There they give you key. Drop off was also very quick. Before I pick all belongings the lady check the car and we can go. Next time will you this car rental again. Thanks

β β β β β AVOID AT ALL COST! FRAUD ALERT!! As for other comments here, they will try to fraud you. Paid in October 21, then they took money again from my credit car in January 22 : no invoice, no email, no nothing. I had to waste hours in phoning my bank to sort this out (I have emailed them as well: of course no reply). Avoid them!

β β β β β I would give zero stars for zero service... When we came to the desk to get the car, there was a sign to go to Avis, a company we are trying to avoid. It seems to be a fake company to draw people to avis/budget. My advise... Avoid Maggiore car rentals.
