Bad service .. very rude waitress and coffee sucked. He said he was from Naples and he didn't know anything about coffee.

Porgendo la domanda...arriva una risposta sarcastica accompagnata da uno sguardo sdegnato che fa salire...il mio carattere da rumena ???. Ci rinuncio, pensando che se mi comporto come lei divento simile a lei...mi reco al piano superiore dove in 1 minuto ho ricevuto un buonissimo caffè accompagnato da un splendido sorriso e un forte BUONGIORNO!!! Il posto è bello di per se ma le persone fanno la differenza è questo ha un riscontro nel complesso come vedo da altre recensioni che rafforzano quello che ho scritto. Per state al pubblico ci vuole dedizione e quella male si insegna. Andrebbero meglio scelte le dipendenti!!! Found in this place for a coffee before leaving I find a deficiency and in some cases lacking professionalism and courtesy of the staff. The place is beautiful in itself but people make the difference is this has an overall response as I see from other reviews that reinforce what I wrote. For being to the public it takes dedication and that evil is taught. Employees should be better chosen !!!

Siamo rimasti delusi dal servizio perché durante la nostra consumazione abbiamo sentito soltanto lamentele della cameriera che era rimasta sola e non riusciva a destreggiarsi con tutte le cose che doveva fare. Among the special coffees, only cremino was available. The price is 1.90 €.
