Personale scostante e a volte irritante: capisco che col Covid siamo tutti piu' nervosi ma davvero questa gente non puo' e non deve rappresentare un marchio prestigioso.
Il negozio era deserto, era il 19 dicembre ora pranzo ma sembrava che stessi dando fastidio ... in un periodo cosi' quando ognuno di noi vorrebbe ricevere attenzione e gentilezza, un atteggiamento del genere e' un vero paradosso.
 The items and materials are really good but please stay away from the shop at Bologna airport. There is much more satisfaction in ordering online!
Unfriendly and sometimes irritating staff: I understand that with Covid we are all more nervous but really these people cannot and must not represent a prestigious brand.
The shop was deserted, it was December 19th at lunchtime but it seemed that I was annoying ... in a period like this when each of us would like to receive attention and kindness, such an attitude is a real paradox.
