★ ★ ★ ★ ★ YES! This is food!!! Thank you diladdarno’s sweet sweet family and rest for showing us italian foodies!! As portuguese i am not easily impressed with food, we are so spoiled but this was amazing! We had pastas and afterwards dessert tasting from the chef.
Some real talent, props to the chef. family that loves food, cosy ambiance. Sweet service, they don’t try to hard to please and just are their natural self. Thank you for this!!! We got to shake hands with the chef and mom of the house offered grappa. Thank you for this warm experience forever left mark in our hearts. Sweet hug from the portguese girl and the american from the netherlands. Fav spot in florence

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are super friendly!! It is a family restaurant and the mom is serving and the son is cooking, they are so lovely! We had the T-bone, house wine and salad, the food was very good even though we were not able to finish the whole steak :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to visit when you're in Firenze. Only a few hundred meters from the center. The chef, and owner, is superb and knows English well enough to advise you which food to take. They have their own homemade pisci, which is a thicker version of spaghetti (I'd advise them to cook it a bit softer if you prefer). The five stars are especially for their service and deserts which are Michelin class, both in design and taste (see pictures).
Prices are about 30 euros per person in total.

The lamb chops are a bit saucy but delicious as well as the eggplant ravioli and grilled vegetables are a nice long plate of grilled eggplant, zucchini and tomatoes. They have English menus and bilingual staff which made ordering very easy. Even their parmesan is superior to other places! Also a nice change in pace: free water refills! Amazing how rare that is in Italy. And the dessert is amazing! The pictures don't do it justice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appetizer and pasta in extremely friendly Italian surroundings. But then the dolci were unbelievably good. In addition to a brilliant chocolate ball, the dessert Spicy Fruits, which combined rafinesse from different countries, was particularly brilliant. Do not miss this dessert that would deserve a heaven full of stars in any case.

We ate here 2 nights in a row.
Great family run restaurant, all staff Where freindly and service minded.
Starters where great as where the pasta dishes!
We also had the steak Florentine where what was so tasty but very big! ( we took the leftovers home with us)
Very good food for the price, a must when in Florence!
Would 100% come again!

Glad I randomly found this restaurant and I’m seriously considering going back again despite the short stay and the many possibilities the city offers.
