★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ate one of the best pizza in there. Tomato sause in the middle of pizzas is a little bit much for me but the edge of it was too crispy and perfect.
The decoration was very interesting. It looks like a disorganized, crazy, Naples village home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a full on genuine local (not tourist-y) restaurant not far from the centre of Firenze I don’t think you’ll find better.
Over-loaded with atmosphere in a remarkable building and great food & service too boot ??
Personally I would have knocked a star off the food due to the Pizza being thicker based / softer in texture than my preferred super thin & crispy style. But this is the style of the region ... so do expect a slightly thicker base with very thick outside crust.
If you eat every last bit of the pizza, you’ll discover that you’ll probably not have the appetite for Dolci (Dessert) which was disappointing as their options looked great.
Nonetheless still a full five star experience!

Mediocre tourist trap but they got the benefit of the doubts as we didn't have their pizza which they potentiall could make with a real napolitanian oven. Reserved seat at this restaurant but upon arrival the reservation was not there. Place half full so table was arranged. Waitress arrogant not wishing bon appetite (which we would have needed) nor interested in our oppinion of the served food was ok or not. Had mozzarella sticks and ravioli; neither impressed the reviewer. Yet to understand how this place can be rated so high.
