The restaurant was empty and I asked for a bottle of water and a glass of wine, The waitress didn't even let me finish my sentence when she told me that it wasn't a bar and that she was not going to give me only a glass of wine. So she rathers loose a customer than giving a glass of wine which of course I'm going to pay for.....
Lazy waitress. I even spoke in Italian for her. She was super rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best service, best steak, best place to eat in Florence!! Walked around Florence to find a decently priced place to eat, close to the air bnb, and stumbled into this JEM!! They were warm, welcome and accommodating. Everyone should try here at least once!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very yummy and different foods! The artichoke and olive spaghetti was excellent, and the pear and chocolate desert was like a lava cake but better! It looks small out front but there are more rooms further back and plenty of spots to sit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most adorable interior, impeccably clean and decorated with old photos of Florence, but also completely enjoyable outdoor seating if the weather is right. Friendly service. Delicious food. Especially recommended - the onions stuffed with pecorino cheese. Everything was perfect!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a fantastic evening with great food and great wine. We had cheese for a starter, steak and pasta ragu for the main course and awesome wine for a reasonable price. Nice staff, nice atmosphere, overall a very nice dinner. Definitely recommend it! Grazie mille.
