★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gorgeously remodeled hotel. We had a super comfortable stay with delicious breakfast. I loved the location, close to Piazza Santo Spirito and some great restaurants. Not far from the main sights.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautiful boutique hotel situated a short walk from the river and away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas. We found the hotel very comfortable and quiet and breakfast in the garden was a perfect touch. We will be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful, small, and quiet hotel perfectly situated in the Oltrarno area of Florence yet within walking distance of all the city’s major attractions. Attractive modern rooms in a small historic building. Wonderful service from the gracious and attentive staff. Quality breakfasts with a buffet that features many savory and sweet choices, eggs, and delicious coffee, all served in either in the living room or in the charming garden. We appreciate the hospitality.

Every little detail is well thought and I definitely will come back. The neighborhood is amazing with short walks to Great Restaurants, Cafe’s, Enotecas, supermarkets, Gelaterias and more

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ “Concierge” help was terrible and ruined the first night of our honeymoon. We were in touch with the hotel to make dinner reservations for our first night in Florence on our honeymoon. We gave the hotel the names of places we wanted to eat about 3 weeks before we got there. They made a reservation at the wrong restaurant for the first night, then, when we told them that we wanted to eat at the correct place, they cancelled the initial reservation. In the next three weeks, they never made the correct reservation and, on the day we got there, just said “sorry, we couldn’t make the reservation” (when we were already in transit).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel in itself is in a truly old building and it’s very tastefully decorated. The room we were given, however, on the ground floor and with only a small window facing the street, was very small, dark and even quite smelly. Breakfast was also quite poor, with only supermarket-quality pastries and no fresh food (not even the brioches!). On the positive side, the personnel was very polite and the back garden really cute. All in all, it had potential and we might just have been unlucky with the room!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is really beautifully renovated and in the best part of town. Oltrarno is really cute and charming. While still really close to all that Florence has to offer, here you will find local boutique shops, bars and restaurants that cater to locals and tourists alike, making the area really attractive.
4 stars because the rooms are really small and rather uncomfortable. It's understandable, considering this is a medieval building, bit nonetheless a bit annoying.
Overall this is a great little gem.

The whole place feels cared for by the welcoming owners.
Great location for restaurants and bars, a 10 minute walk from the main attractions.
Cant recommend highly enough.
