★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking the evening before for a place where to leave my dog to visit museums and the city... I sent an email late at night and early the next day I found a reply on my cell phone number to set up a drop off.
Once I left my pooch, within 10 minutes I received a group chat with a picture of my pet and was adjourned every so often with pictures.
It was a lovely experience, and staff was very lovely and knowledgeable.
Will definitely recommend to anyone I know that will be traveling with their pets to Florence!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We highly recommend Tuscan hound to everybody that loves their pet! The service is great and our dog had an awesome time while we were on vacation. Living in Pisa ourselves we take on the one hour ride because we are fully satisfied by the professional services of Tuscan hound. We also loved having daily updates from our dog Brownie. Thank you very much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were on a road trip through Tuscany and needed a place to keep our dog happy and safe while we explored the amazing museums in the city. Thankfully, TuscanHound was there for us!
They were very responsive (more so than us since we were a bit late). They were friendly, chatty and very happy to our puppy, Pebbles. She was returned to us at the end of the day happy and exhausted.
They even gave us a roll of poop bags for the walk back to the car! Thanks again! Should we be back through in the future, we would not hesitate to work the again, and neither should you! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very competent and friendly. I really appreciated getting regular feedback about how my dog was doing, with snapshots of her enjoying her time in her lovely accommodation. It made it easier for me and the kids to enjoy our holiday. It did make our own lodging look a lot more modest, seeing the palatial setting our dog was living in! Very happy with everything and I will recommend it to all my friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely incredible! The team at TuscanHound are some of the most incredible people. They truly care about your pets so much. I went away for a weekend and left my little dog with them and it honestly felt like she was just staying with family or friends in their comfy home the entire time. I was constantly updated with pictures of her and how she was doing. My little Rosie has epilepsy and severe anxiety and I always worry about boarding her and have tried to avoid it anywhere I have lived. But with TuscanHound, I didn't worry one bit and honestly have no worries or fears about boarding her with them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In search of a place to stay for our dog we found tuscan hound. A great solution as a busy city with loads of musea and art was not the best environment for our young dog. We made use of the daycare plan which worked out excellent for us. Our dog was well taken care of and was exhausted afterwards due to the playing with other friendly dogs. The staff was knowledgeable and very friendly to both customer and dog. A great experience! Would definitely recommend to get the most out of your trip to Florence!
