Personale gentile e pronto ad assistere il cliente.
Rispetto ad altri punti vendita il reparto oggettistica è molto essenziale.
Very "concentrated" point of sale, wide choice of pet food in a limited space; moving among those high shelves, rather close together, it almost seems to be in a labyrinth! ?
Friendly staff ready to assist the customer.
Compared to other stores, the gift department is very essential.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio!! Pessima commessa!! Ho appena preso 5 bustine di proplan...era in offerta a 0.69. Mi chiede 5.90. Chiedo come mai se era in offerta. Mi risponde bruscamente che l'offerta scatta dopo un tot! E continua a chiedere l'importo senza potermi dare modo di aggiungere per avere l'offerta! Metto anche foto scontrino. Spero possiate individuare questa ragazza maleducata e allontanarla dal pubblico!!
Bad service !! Bad order !! I just got 5 sachets of proplan ... it was on offer at 0.69. He asks me for 5.90. Wonder why it was on offer. He replies abruptly that the offer is triggered after a while! And keep asking for the amount without being able to give me the opportunity to add to get the offer! I also post receipt photos. Hope you can spot this rude girl and push her away from the public !!
