★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posizione ottimale. Monolocale inserito in un palazzo storico in buone condizioni. Il personale pronto a rispondere e gentile. Note negative: il climatizzatore non riscaldava anche se attivato a 28 gradi e la camera era molto fredda. Assenza di bidet (impensabile in Italia). Inoltre, dopo aver pagato 20 euro di pulizie, mi sarei aspettato le pulizie giornaliere, invece è contemplata esclusivamente la pulizia finale .
Attenzione al check-in perché dopo le 19 vi è un rincaro di 20 euro.
 Optimal location. Studio located in a historic building in good condition. The staff ready to respond and polite. Negative notes: the air conditioning did not heat even when activated at 28 degrees and the room was very cold. Absence of bidet (unthinkable in Italy). Furthermore, after paying 20 euros for cleaning, I would have expected daily cleaning, instead only the final cleaning is contemplated.
Pay attention to check-in because after 19 there is an increase of 20 euros.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here during the European heatwave. When we arrived the air conditioner was broken but we were still expected to spend 4 nights on the top floor. The manager agreed that partial refund was warranted. That was in early june..I'm s t ill waiting as they just ignore emails. In addition thd shower was filthy, i pulled hair out of the scum encrusted drain but the shower still f looded within 20 seconds. 2 stars Is generous.
3 weeks now later still waiting for a res ponse from the company..avoid these amateurs
