★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inicialmente, gostava de parabenizar a equipa da Starthouse, que administra os alojamentos e nos recebeu com toda a atenção e simpatia. A estadia havia sido reservada para 2020, mas por causa da pandemia tivemos de a cancelar e a equipa foi super atenciosa e compreensiva e nos ofereceram um voucher para ser usado em 2021.
Apesar disso, o alojamento deixou muito a desejar. De facto, o apartamento já não está mais igual às fotos que vemos na internet: a pintura está gasta, os móveis já aparentam ter alguma idade e existem alguns sinais de infiltração nas paredes. Mas esse, para nós, não foi o maior problema, mas sim o cheiro de esgoto e mofo que o apartamento exalava (muito provavelmente por causa do ralo do chuveiro, já que o cheiro saia do banheiro com maior intensidade). Como ficávamos muito tempo fora do alojamento, mantínhamos tudo fechado e na hora que retornávamos havia esse cheiro muito desagradável que estragava toda a experiência e que ficava entranhado nas nossas roupas. Para além disso, a limpeza do apartamento também não era das melhores, pude perceber que em algumas zonas tinham grossas camadas de poeira.
A localização do apartamento é incrível, sobretudo para quem pretende alugar um carro (fica perto de estacionamentos e mais ao fim da Zona de Tráfego Limitado).
Initially, I would like to congratulate the Starthouse team, which manages the accommodation and received us with all the attention and sympathy. The stay had been booked for 2020, but because of the pandemic we had to cancel it and the team was super helpful and understanding and offered us a voucher to be used in 2021.
Despite this, the accommodation left a lot to be desired. In fact, the apartment is no longer the same as the photos we see on the internet: the paintwork is worn, the furniture already appears to be of some age and there are some signs of infiltration on the walls. But this, for us, was not the biggest problem, but the smell of sewage and mold that the apartment gave off (most likely due to the shower drain, since the smell comes out of the bathroom with greater intensity). As we were away from the accommodation for a long time, we kept everything closed and when we returned there was this very unpleasant smell that spoiled the whole experience and that was embedded in our clothes. In addition, the cleaning of the apartment was also not the best, I could see that in some areas there were thick layers of dust.
The location of the apartment is incredible, especially for those who want to rent a car (it is close to parking lots and towards the end of the Limited Traffic Zone).
