★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An amazing place to get zen, get fit and get connected not only with yourself but with everyone. i stayed in florance for 3 months , they ofered me a free week of yoga with absoulutly no card, they have classes all day long , dance on the weekends , 3 diffrent types of youga during the week and are allways full with workshops of all kind and events ( art, mercatino dell usato , etc ). was truly amazing , nothing compared. did i mention their prices are great, and that they have a privte garden where we can also do yoga ? located in the santo spirito next to an american bakery . go get your free week of yoga

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Italia Power Yoga is a wonderful yoga studio in the heart of Santo Spirito. The studio is open, airy, and tranquil. Italia Power Yoga also displays work of local artists creating a soothing yet stimulating space.
The schedule is accommodating to all as the studio offers morning, lunchtime, and evening classes. Mats are available to rent. Italia Power Yoga also offers discounts to students.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautiful studio in Santo Spirito, amazing teachers and a great timetable that offers different types of Yoga classes all day. It's in a great location, a lovely studio full of light and next to a lovely little American coffee shop with a nice outdoor garden.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been attending Italia Power Yoga school since February '19 and from the first moment I found a very welcoming energy. The teachers are special and kind souls, with great international experience in yoga. They offer classes and workshops for all levels. The style is mainly vinyasa power yoga but there are many other options for every taste and need. They are also very open to share (proper yoga spirit!) and often invite visiting teachers for workshops or for a different experience. All this variety makes the school the perfect place to improve your practice and learn more about yoga and meditation. Classes are in English and Italian since it is quite an international community. I am very glad I found such an amazing studio right in the centre of Florence!!! Highly recommended :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The yoga classes are good and the teachers very kind! However, I cannot recommend the teacher trainings at all. I did the basic training with them (which should be and was advertized as 250 hrs) but was far away from 200 hours! We usually didn’t do anything else but following the classes that were scheduled for that day anyway and then went through the (one and only!) sequence we learnt. Written course material was scarce and often incorrect (in language and content). The history and philosophy of yoga, different styles of yoga, meditations and breathing exercises and how to guide them, anatomy or how to prepare a class weren’t really included in the course either which means that the TTC doesn’t even meet international standards or the ones of a Yoga Alliance certificate (even if they pretend it does). Really not worth the high amount of money they ask! I decided to do another training and the difference was enormous... Unfortunately cannot recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm pretty new to yoga, and have taken about 30 classes over 10 years in the USA until I came to Italia Power Yoga. I had a health issue since the beginning of 2021 and got the 1month unlimited package in October. I went about 4 times per week - the instructors were SO nice!
They were very thorough in explaining a bunch of stuff to me that I had never learned in the 30 classes prior to coming here. My health issue has subsided a LOT since starting here and I finally feel like I understand what the heck yoga even is! I'm taking my daily practice back to the USA and hoping to find instructors here that are as good as Italia Power Yoga.
They teach in both English and Italian, 95% of the classes I went to were in English. I wish I had found them sooner.
