Unica pecca non sono stato avvisato della totale assenza degli attrezzi per lo smontaggio ruote (una sciocchezza in pratica).
 I bought a used Toyota verso from them.
Machine in perfect condition and with full guarantee.
Friendly and qualified staff.
Efficient and always decisive call center.
Toyota is Toyota there is little to do and it has few rivals.
The only flaw I was not advised of the total absence of tools for disassembling wheels (nonsense in practice).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terible client service. We had an appoinment and instead of answering my questions I got mocked by the way I pronounce c-hr (i pronounce it in english) and instead of showing me the car I was interested in the gentlemen just showed me with a gesture to go look myself.
