★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza agrodolce,ho acquistato una sportage e fino all'atto del ritiro era tutto a posto con discreta velocita anche se ho dovuto chiamare sempre io per avere notizie sul finanziamento,poi all'improvviso al momento di organizzare il ritiro sono venute fuori delle situazioni spiacevoli con il venditore di via santa croce in gerusalemme,in pratica quello che mi era stato detto e venduto era un po' diverso dalla realta,diciamo che mi era passata la voglia di ritirare l'auto nuova.
l'unico consiglio che posso dare e' di farvi mettere tutto per scritto e di non fidarvi delle parole perche poi si puo' rimanere molto delusi come nel mio caso.

the only advice I can give is to put everything in writing and not to trust the words because then you can be very disappointed as in my case.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sede di via Casilina: venditore cortese ma tutto il resto dell'organizzazione lascia a desiderare. Prenoto un test drive per un veicolo usato, all'orario prestabilito lo presentano sporco, con il filtro antiparticolato intasato (e quindi in con il motore in protezione) e senza carburante, tanto che siamo rimasti a piedi durante la prova. Non credo siano necessari ulteriori altri commenti.
Via Casilina headquarters: courteous salesman but everything else in the organization leaves something to be desired. I book a test drive for a used vehicle, at the set time they show it dirty, with the particulate filter clogged (and therefore with the engine in protection) and without fuel, so much so that we were left on foot during the test. I don't think any further comments are needed.

Lungi da me rapporti per acquisti futuri.Purtroppo e'la seconda volta che ci ricasco.Acquisto con noleggio a lungo termine nel 2019 una kia Stonic e mi viene assicurato che il bollo era compreso.Mi sono ritrovato invece a doverlo pagare.Acquisto Kia Niro hybrida nel 2021 e mi viene garantito che ero esente da bollo in quanto auto ibrida.Con stupore mi ritrovo il pagamento del bollo nella seconda rata.Allucinante!!!!

Far be it from me reports for future purchases. Unfortunately it is the second time that I relapse. I purchase a kia Stonic with long-term rental in 2019 and I am assured that the road tax was included. Instead, I found myself having to pay it. hybrida in 2021 and I am guaranteed that I was exempt from tax as a hybrid car. To my amazement I find myself paying the tax in the second installment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comodo punto di noleggio Leasys praticamente agganciato alla metro C Giardinetti. Il servizio è buono ma nel mio caso non è stato l’ideale perché mi è stata consegnata una vettura con 7/8 di pieno dicendomi che era un bug di sistema ed invece al momento del pieno ha accolto tutto il carburante fino a 8/8. Quindi ho pagato più del necessario.
Convenient Leasys rental point practically connected to metro C Giardinetti. The service is good but in my case it was not ideal because I was given a car with 7/8 full tank telling me it was a system bug and instead when full it accepted all the fuel up to 8/8 . So I paid more than necessary.
