Il magazziniere è sempre scortese e scorbutico, non so se ci sia solamente lui oppure. My experience is aimed only at the spare parts warehouse which I have used several times. The warehouse keeper is always rude and grumpy, I don't know if it's just him or there.

I think you can't ask for more.

Voglio fare i complimenti al commerciale, Antonio Greco, perché si è dimostrato professionalmente impeccabile, gestendo in maniera brillante le mie esigenze anche in considerazione che ho preso all'auto il a ridosso di agosto che coincide con la loro chiusura aziendale per ferie. Non posso che consigliare questa concessionaria. Grazie e Buon Lavoro I bought the new Tucson and they delivered it to me with incredible speed, even though the car was not available at their factories. I want to congratulate the salesman, Antonio Greco, because he proved to be professionally impeccable, managing my needs brilliantly, also considering that I took the car in close to August which coincides with their company closure for holidays. L'appuntamento è stato facile e veloce prenderlo, mi sono recato il giorno e ora stabilita ,attesa normale di gente precedente a me, al mio turno ho spiegato il problema alla persona della gestione ritiro auto sig. Claudio Calabrò che con tempi veloci e pratici gestiva la mia pratica. Nel controllo viene riscontrato un problema all' antenna immobilizer. Prendo altro appuntamento aspettando il pezzo di ricambio che arrivava dopo 14 giorni lavorativi. Ma così non è stato, mi contattavano una settimana prima del mio appuntamento che potevo recarmi per lasciare in officina l'auto e ritirarla alle 17,30; anche qui telefonata graditissima poco dopo le 15 che potevo ritirare la mia auto. La mia esperienza con l'officina della concessionaria, l'accoglienza, la gestione è stata positiva e riconosco il buon lavoro dello staff accoglienza, personalmente ho avuto tutte le spiegazioni e informazioni, complimenti !!! I went hesitant about a power problem on my i20. The appointment was quick and easy to take it, I went on the appointed day and time, normal waiting for people before me, on my turn I explained the problem to the person managing the car collection Mr. Claudio Calabrò who managed my practice with fast and practical times. During the check, a problem is found with the immobilizer antenna. I make another appointment waiting for the spare part that arrived after 14 working days. But this was not the case, they contacted me a week before my appointment that I could go to leave the car in the workshop and collect it at 5.30 pm; also here a very welcome call shortly after 3 pm that I could pick up my car. My experience with the dealership's workshop, the welcome, the management was positive and I recognize the good work of the reception staff, personally I had all the explanations and information, congratulations !!!
