In particolare oltre la fiducia che infonde Carlo il titolare, mi ha colpito Sandro il capo officina che mi ha risolto con la sua esperienza un problema che neanche il computer segnalava mentre sul mio display si illuminava una spia gialla. Sostituito il pezzo in garanzia non ho avuto più problemi. C	Claudio Panataro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho conosciuto l'officina Delta Sistem casualmente, cercavo i bulloni ruota per Focus originali, in quanto durante la sostituzione pneumatici dopo foratura il gommista aveva rovinato tutti i bulloni (purtroppo annoso problema ford ben conosciuto da noi utenti del marchio americano) L'officina si è prodigata nell'ordinarli urgentemente ed avvisandomi del loro arrivo 24h dopo. Sono andato a ritirarli e me li hanno sostituiti alle ruote direttamente loro, dandomi anche la chiave apposita da tenere in auto in caso di "prossima foratura " (facendo gli opportuni scongiuri.) Ho conosciuto direttamente il titolare, il figlio ed il capo officina, persone estremamente cortesi e prodighe verso il cliente, un appunto di merito personale alla professionalità del capo officina. L'officina si presenta estremamente organizzata e ordinata, come la reception ed il magazzino. Grazie Delta Sistem avete acquisito un cliente. I met the Delta Sistem workshop by chance, I was looking for the original Focus wheel bolts, as during the tire replacement after a puncture the tire dealer had ruined all the bolts (unfortunately a long-standing ford problem well known by us users of the American brand) The workshop did its utmost to order them urgently and inform me of their arrival 24 hours later. I went to pick them up and they replaced them for the wheels directly, also giving me the special key to keep in the car in case of "next puncture" (making the necessary precautions.) I met the owner, his son and the foreman directly, extremely courteous and lavish people towards the customer, a note of personal merit to the professionalism of the foreman. The workshop is extremely organized and tidy, like the reception and the warehouse. Thanks Delta Sistem you have acquired a customer.
