A prestarci il servizio sono stati Sergio e Piera che con umanità e competenza hanno trasportato il paziente fino all'ospedale, dove poi lo hanno seguito scrupolosamente. Ottima esperienza, consigliabile a chi ne dovesse avere bisogno. Today, September 24th, together with my mother, I requested an ambulance to take my father, unable to walk due to an operation on his right leg, to the Casilino Polyclinic for a check-up and stitch removal. To lend the service were Sergio and Piera who with humanity and competence transported the patient to the hospital, where they then followed him scrupulously. Excellent experience, recommended for those who need it.

Ci siamo rivolti, per l'ambulanza privata, alla Sanità Service, visto che mio marito non può camminare. Puntualissimi, sono arrivati Sergio e Piera che con professionalità e molta umanità hanno effettuato il trasporto, malgrado gli spazi angusti di casa e del palazzo (compresi i 15 gradini, nonostante l'ascensore), con dimestichezza, tranquillizzando il paziente e me. Arrivati al policlinico casilino, se non fosse stato per la prontezza, disinvoltura e di nuovo professionalità di Piera, mi sarei persa nella disorganizzazione dell'ospedale. Sergio, nel contempo rassicurava mio marito e faceva da tramite con me. Tutto è andato bene. Ritorno a casa altrettanto ben gestito. Una giornata che pensavo sarebbe stata un incubo, in questo periodo così particolare, si è risolta senza stress, grazie a due angeli: Piera e Sergio. Due persone che svolgono questo lavoro molto delicato con tanta passione e pazienza. Un grazie infinito a loro da me, Roberto e mio figlio Alessandro. Sanità Service sicuramente da consigliare ed un ringraziamento anche al sig. Mauro che con pazienza mi ha spiegato come funzionava il servizio delle autoambulanze private. Grazie di nuovo. Today 24 September 2020 we had a post-operative orthopedic check-up at the casilino polyclinic. We turned to the Health Service for the private ambulance, since my husband cannot walk. Very punctual, Sergio and Piera arrived who with professionalism and a lot of humanity carried out the transport, despite the narrow spaces of the house and the building (including the 15 steps, despite the elevator), with familiarity, reassuring the patient and me. Arriving at the Casilino Polyclinic, if it hadn't been for Piera's promptness, ease and new professionalism, I would have lost myself in the disorganization of the hospital. Sergio, at the same time reassured my husband and acted as an intermediary with me. All went well. Equally well managed homecoming. A day that I thought would be a nightmare, in this particular period, was resolved without stress, thanks to two angels: Piera and Sergio. Two people who carry out this very delicate job with a lot of passion and patience. An infinite thanks to them from me, Roberto and my son Alessandro. Sanità Service definitely to be recommended and thanks also to Mr. Mauro who patiently explained to me how the private ambulance service worked. Thanks again.
