Due esperienze negativissime, la prima con l'automobile ancora in garanzia faccio la richiesta di farmi sostituire un faro al quale si erano bruciati automaticamente i led mi dicono di aspettare una settimana, dopo un anno mi fanno sapere che la garanzia è scaduta, la seconda io avevo la kasko su cause naturali e atti vandalici, mi è caduto dal cornicione di un palazzo un pezzo di cemento sul cofano della mia automobile, faccio tutti i documenti per aprire il sinistro mandando una PEC, dopo sei mesi mi comunicano che non è stato fatto niente, se vi capita di avere a che fare con un dipendente di nome Valerio T. fate di tutto per cambiarlo perchè è un vero strazio. Non so se per un mio passaggio alla FIAT di qualche mese addietro o proprio per veri meriti del venditore e del concessionario ma, lo devo dire, c'è un abisso incolmabile. Tanto che se anche mi servisse un veicolo e alla Toyota vendessero solo frullatori, andrei sicuramente in giro in autobus abbracciato al mio frullatore Toyota, contentissimo della scelta! I don't know if it was because of my passage to FIAT a few months ago or because of the real merits of the seller and the dealer but, I must say, there is an unbridgeable chasm. So much so that even if I needed a vehicle and Toyota only sold blenders, I would definitely go around on the bus hugging my Toyota blender, delighted with the choice! È stata sufficiente una telefonata al concessionario di via Salaria per prendere un appuntamento il giorno dopo ed in una mattinata ho risolto il problema: auto sostitutiva per 30gg, e contratto per la nuova auto finanziata con la somma ricevuta dall'assicurazione per incendio e furto. La trasparenza e la cordialità del signor Fabio sono state un valido aiuto per la scelta della nuova auto. Continuerò a pagare le rate ma posso usufruire di una nuova auto.
