★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dépannage d'urgence (batterie auxiliaire sur Yaris 4 hybride d'un an) réalisé par une équipe compétente, même si deux mois ont été nécessaires pour arriver à le résoudre. Ce n'est pas l'équipe technique de zerocenton qui est en cause mais la position rigide de la maison mère au risque de perdre la confiance du client.
 Emergency repair (auxiliary battery on Yaris 4 hybrid one year old) carried out by a competent team, even if it took two months to solve it. It is not the technical team of zerocenton which is in question but the rigid position of the parent company at the risk of losing the trust of the client.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sentiti ringraziamenti ad Andrea Mosetti che mi ha seguito nel "Restart" della mia toyota. E' stato cordiale e preciso nel descrivermi l'offerta Toyota per ridare indietro il mio C-hr e prendere un nuovo Rav4 plugin. Mi ha seguito anche nel postvendita per una piccola modifica al contratto di finanziamento che ha risolto in poche ore.
Heartfelt thanks to Andrea Mosetti who followed me in the "Restart" of my toyota. He was friendly and accurate in describing the Toyota offer to give back my C-hr and get a new Rav4 plugin. He also followed me in after sales for a small change to the loan agreement which he solved in a few hours.

Prenotato l’appuntamento per un test drive, il consulente si è mostrato resistente all’elaborazione del preventivo in quanto non volevo accettare gli accordi di marketing e condivisione dati per la privacy (4 consensi pubblicitari). Capisco l’insistenza ma negarmi il preventivo, come se fornire il consenso fosse una condizione necessaria per procedere, non è ammissibile considerando che sono dati che riguardano la mia privacy.
Non ha voluto cedere negandomi la possibilità di andare avanti con l’appuntamento. Sono uscito dalla concessionaria senza neanche un’informazione.
I report an unpleasant experience at the Toyota Zerocento in via Appia Nuova 892. Booked the appointment for a test drive, the consultant proved resistant to the elaboration of the estimate as I did not want to accept the marketing and data sharing agreements for privacy (4 consents advertising). I understand the insistence but denying me the quote, as if providing consent were a necessary condition to proceed, it is not admissible considering that these are data concerning my privacy.
He did not want to give in, denying me the opportunity to go ahead with the appointment. I left the dealership without even a single information.
