★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato poco fa per sapere se fossero aperti perché mi si è accesa la spia delle gomme e volevo farmele gonfiare. Ho una Yaris ibrida in garanzia e faccio sempre i tagliandi lì dove l'ho anche acquistata . Mi è stato prima chiesto di che auto si trattasse dopodiché mi hanno detto che per oggi non avrebbero fatto in tempo (chiudono alle 18). Grazie del trattamento di favore, in quanto cliente. Che si sappia.
 I called a little while ago to find out if they were open because the tire light came on and I wanted to inflate them. I have a hybrid Yaris under warranty and I always do the servicing where I also bought it. Esposizione dei modelli più che buono e personale molto molto preparato, cortese ed efficiente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bel centro, pulito e ben attrezzato, tuttavia ho trovato un po' presuntuoso e insistente il venditore.
Avrei preferito meno insistenza sul cercare di normalizzare il fatto che per un'auto da 22,5k sarei andato a pagare 30k su 4 anni col loro finanziamento. Se da cliente decido che sono fuori budget, e lo decido in totale serenità e accettazione, non c'è bisogno di insistere con fare presuntuoso tra l'altro, come se sia errato considerare eccessiva la differenza tra interessi e servici accessori.
Tra l'altro pur avendo chiesto la versione base i conti venivano fatti costantemente su quella piú accessoriata.
Zero effort di empatia o connessione con le necessità del cliente.
Nice center, clean and well equipped, however I found the seller a bit presumptuous and insistent.
I would have preferred less insistence on trying to normalize the fact that for a 22.5k car I would have gone to pay 30k over 4 years with their financing. If as a customer I decide that I am over budget, and I decide it in total serenity and acceptance, there is no need to insist with being presumptuous, among other things, as if it is wrong to consider the difference between interests and ancillary services to be excessive.

La riparazione è stata effettuata a regola d’arte ed in tempi e costi inferiori a quelli previsti.
Molto professionali e competenti.
I took my new Yaris Cross to Auto Royal in Largo L. Visconti to have a glass broken due to vandalism replaced.
The repair was carried out in a workmanlike manner and in times and costs lower than those foreseen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tra tutti i concessionari che ho visitato, questo è stato il peggiore. Ho preso un l’appuntamento che mi hanno cancellato e riproposto per il giorno dopo. Dopo essere andato per la terza volta, il tizio si è presentato in ritardo dicendo di andar via perché aveva troppi impegni. Di malavoglia mi ha poi dato delle informazioni. Toyota ha di solito professionisti molto cortesi.Il mio consiglio è di andare da un altro rivenditore se cercate del personale qualificato, gentile e disponibile a rispondere alle vostre domande. Mai vista tanta cafonaggine.
Of all the dealerships I visited, this was the worst. I made an appointment that they canceled and rescheduled for the next day. After he went for the third time, the guy showed up late saying he was leaving because he was too busy. He then reluctantly gave me some information. Toyota usually has very friendly professionals. My advice is to go to another dealer if you are looking for qualified, friendly and helpful staff to answer your questions. Never seen so much boorishness.

Entro in autosalone vuoto un unico venditore nascosto dietro la scrivania al quale chiedo informazioni che mi ferma immediatamente dicendo che loro ricevono dal lunedì al venerdì solo per appuntamento. Ma dov'è scritto? né sul sito né all'entrata del salone. Vorrei tanto chiedere a Toyota Italia se è a conoscenza di questi comportamenti da parte della sua rete di vendita. Per finire volevo solo sapere i tempi di consegna della aygo, se soddisfacenti sarei "tornato con appuntamento" per un preventivo, la volevo comprare
