Ho preferito portarla da loro e risolvere "realmente" un problema pagando di tasca mia una differenza e non tornare dove ho acquistato l'auto e avevo la garanzia (finta) perchè con la scusa delle garanzie fanno finta di risolverti i problemi,per fortuna c'è ancora chi lavora in modo onesto. 5 Stelle + Professional and honest. I preferred to take it to them and "really" solve a problem by paying a difference out of my own pocket and not go back to where I bought the car and I had the (fake) guarantee because with the excuse of the guarantees they pretend to solve the problems, luckily c 'is still someone who works honestly. 5 Stars +

Non mi sono sembrati neanche particolarmente gentili, prendendosi anche molto più tempo per il lavoro. Alla fine non l ho mai portata per fare nulla. A long time ago, I asked for a quote and it came very high compared to the average. They didn't seem particularly kind either, taking even more time for work. In the end I never brought it to do anything.

Ritiro la macchina e si erano dimenticati di lavorare due punti. Prezzi alti. Very professional on paper and apparently then in practice they get lost a bit. They made me a quote and I paid on the basis of the latter. I withdraw the car and they forgot to work two points. High prices.
G	GINO latino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premessa che mi è stata restituita la macchina senza chiudere il pannello interno della centralina e gli schizzi del tergicristallo attappati e dopo aver pagato oltre 1000 euro sono particolari importanti visto che lavorano con il camice da chirurgo. Dopo 1 giorno si accende una spia e mi dicono di tornare giù e invece di controllare se potevano risolvere il problema (poi l'hanno fatto) mi spara subito il prezzo del pezzo 180 euro più Iva e senza contare la mano d'opera.... quindi mi sorge il dubbio se le cose che mi hanno cambiato poi erano tutte veramente difettose(nn lo saprò mai). Ormai con l'elettronica attaccano la macchina al computer e ti dice il problema.....e pregate di trovare gente onesta invece di chirurghi in officina. MAI PIÙ!! Fanno uno sconto ove possibile, rispettano quanto concordato senza inventare storie ! I had my daughter's Opel Adam serviced today and I was satisfied with both the work done and the prices charged. They make a discount where possible, they respect what was agreed without making up stories!
S	Sirio Carchedi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ad Agosto ho acquistato una Opel Mokka X con 16300 KM, a Gennaio l'ho portata presso la Technocar Service con 23600 KM per il primo tagliando e per due problematiche da me riscontrate: la prima in merito ad una coppia di sonde per la pressione non rilevate dal computer di bordo e l'altra per un abbassamento minimo del livello del liquido refrigerante. Con il tagliando mi hanno messo al corrente di una problematica legata all'olio del motore che se trascurata avrebbe causato sicuramente dei seri danni, in merito alle altre due problematiche invece, hanno provveduto a configurare le due sonde per la pressione degli pneumatici che non erano state associate alla vettura, mentre mettendo sotto pressione l'impianto refrigerante hanno trovato una perdita impercettibile alla flangia collegata alla vaschetta, risolvendo anche in questo caso il problema riscontrato in precedenza. Devo dire che sono stati veloci, professionali e molto disponibili e mi riferisco a tutto il personale tecnico e amministrativo, è la prima Opel che acquisto in vita mia e senza alcun dubbio mi affiderò sempre alla Technocar Service, li consiglio al 100%. In August I bought an Opel Mokka X with 16300 KM, in January I took it to Technocar Service with 23600 KM for the first service and for two problems I encountered: the first regarding a pair of pressure probes not detected by the on-board computer and the other for a minimum lowering of the coolant level. With the coupon they informed me of a problem related to the engine oil which if neglected would certainly have caused serious damage, with regard to the other two problems, on the other hand, they proceeded to configure the two probes for the tire pressure that were not been associated with the car, while putting pressure on the refrigerant system they found an imperceptible leak in the flange connected to the tank, also solving the problem previously encountered in this case. I must say that they were fast, professional and very helpful and I am referring to all the technical and administrative staff, it is the first Opel I buy in my life and without any doubt I will always rely on Technocar Service, I recommend them 100%.
