★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posizionato lungo la Tiburtina, un cantiere stradale aperto ormai da decenni e non ancora chiuso, il posto è molto spartano, in tutto.
Non esiste praticamente nulla da fare o da visitare, nei suoi paraggi, neppure un decente punto di ristoro, nell'attesa di ritirare l'auto.
E muoversi a piedi, tra i tanti intralci del cantiere, non risulta facile, né molto sicuro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non rispondono mail al telefono né alle email. Non è possibile che io debba farmi 60km per prendere un appuntamento. L'unica volta che ha risposto la segretaria la chiamata è stata deviata e non ha comunque risposto nessuno.
Rispondo al commento sotto: è lo stesso numero al quale non rispondete mai.
They do not answer emails on the phone or emails. It is not possible that I have to drive 60km to make an appointment. The only time the secretary answered, the call was diverted and no one answered anyway.

the problema is the same no body care for the customers
and no body help and they never answer any phone call and they dont even know the full description of the car how they work in toyota company and its has a great history and the staff dont care for the cars description and even for the customers no body ask us if we need help we help our self and read and nothing more i do love toyota but i did change to fiat tipo and this is my first time in my life i use fiat and even they i try to ask about hyundai there was no moves he tell wait for 15 minutes no body come to help us am so sorry but this is what happens with us i do respect you as a person but the staff need training and at least a one of the staff has to speak english not all the customers is italian with my respect happy new year and i do respect you again i am not insulting you or toyota i do insult the staff they have to be helpful and respectful .
