Sono andato in sede, c'era un addetto e 5 clienti in coda. Forse non hanno bisogno di nuovi clienti. Ho passato una settimana a chiamarli inutilmente, inviato mail per sapere dri tempi di riconsegna ma invano. Ritirata la vettura dopo intervento non definito in garanzia senza avermi rilasciato la dovuta documentazione. Hanno preso la macchina con il carroattrezzi per problemi tecnici e il giorno dopo chiamando per avere informazioni la risposta è stata questa "ah ma perchè abbiamo noi la vostra macchina?" e alla risposta positiva vi hanno chiesto dove avessimo comprato la macchina e anche qui sconvolti del fatto che l'avessimo acquistata da loro... Ma perchè la devo comprare sulla Luna la macchina secondo voi?! Worst assistance ever.
