Per buona educazione e non parlo di professionalità, quando si chiama un cliente ci si presenta prima e poi si chiede chi si sta cercando...questo è l'abc...Se questi sono i presupposti, trovo alquanto complicato provare ad intrattenere un'operazione commerciale. Sconsigliato, mio malgrado. Bad experience. I broke off with this agency only because of how they placed themselves on their first call. Out of good manners and I'm not talking about professionalism, when you call a customer you first come and then ask who you are looking for ... this is the abc ... Da denunciare al Garante Privacy. Prendono i dati senza una finalità richiesta dal cliente ma solo per poi sapere che c'è qualcuno intenzionato a vendere! Richiedo la cancellazione delle informazioni che mi riguardano dal database. Le valutazioni sono state fatte considerando lo stato effettivo degli immobili, molto accurate dettagliate e secondo me corrispondenti al vero valore. I documenti rilasciati mi sono stati utili nella discussione per la divisione degli immobili. Se in futuro avrò bisogno di altre valutazioni/certificazioni mi rivolgerò a loro. Stefano invece, in pochi mesi è riuscito a farmi chiudere la vendita ad un prezzo davvero buono, senza farmi rimettere il valore effettivo dell'immobile.
