J	John Libera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conosco bene la Sa.Mo.Car. fin dai primi anni 80 quando mio padre acquistava le sue Ferrari e mi portava con lui a ritirare le macchine in assistenza nell'allora centro di assistenza nel quartiere Africano. Non sono cambiate le cose e ,visti i tempi ,direi che in realtà sono anche peggiorate. Il rapporto con potenziali clienti è di assoluta sufficienza. Specifico che sono entrato perché sono amante del marchio e anche possessore di più di una Ferrari ma loro naturalmente questo non lo sanno. Il venditore potrebbe intuirlo dalle domande e/o dalle affermazioni che faccio ma sono troppo focalizzati a sottolineare che alcune macchine non sono ordinabili o lo sarebbero solo se si è già possessori di Ferrari o di altre auto speciali. Io personalmente mi servo da anni all'estero o da centri assistenza Ferrari che non sono i loro quindi continuerò ad acquistare quello che desidero da chi è veramente appassionato del marchio ma sopratutto da chi capisce che il motivo per il quale loro sono li è perché c'è gente che -nonostante la Ferrari non vinca più in F1- è ancora amante del marchio, delle prestazioni e della storia Ferrari. Venditori ricordatevi, lasciate parlare il cliente, ascoltatelo coccolatelo ma sopratutto amate il vs. lavoro. I personally have been using for years abroad or from Ferrari service centers that are not theirs so I will continue to buy what I want from those who are really passionate about the brand but above all from those who understand that the reason why they are there is because 'It is people who - despite Ferrari no longer winning in F1 - still love the Ferrari brand, performance and history. Salespeople remember, let the customer speak, listen to him pamper him but above all you love your own. work.
