★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza dopo aver noleggiato una macchina ed essendo stato vittima di un alluvione non volevano restituirmi la caparra da me lasciata ad inizio noleggio.
Volevano accollare a me i danni causati da un evento naturale in quanto la strada si e allagata ed io vi sono rimasto bloccato non potendo andare ne avanti ne indietro e mettermi quindi in sicurezza.
Detto cio' ho dovuto mettere l avvocato dopodiche mi hanno contattato x restituirmi i 250€ di caparra che mi spettavano...
Sconsiglio a tutti di rivolgersi a loro non sono seri.
Meglio la hertz o la maggiore.
Bad experience after renting a car and having been the victim of a flood, they didn't want to give me back the deposit I left at the beginning of the rental.
They wanted to take on me the damage caused by a natural event as the road was flooded and I was stuck there, unable to go forward or backward and therefore put myself in safety.
Having said that I had to put in the lawyer after which they contacted me to give me back the € 250 deposit that I owed ...
I advise against everyone to turn to them they are not serious.
Better hertz or major.

Inicialmente, chegamos no horário agendado e o carro não estava disponível, pois liberaram para a pessoa anterior ficar mais tempo sem se preocupar em providenciar outro, de modo que já nos fizeram esperar cerca de 3h até buscarem em outra agência. Além disso, não quiseram aceitar o cartão de crédito do motorista, sem qualquer fundamento, então tivemos que trocar o responsável. E, para finalizar, fizeram a verificação quando devolvemos o carro e não havia nada de errado, no entanto, 1 mês depois estão me cobrando 180 euros de uma fechadura que supostamente estava quebrada! NUNCA MAIS ALUGO COM ESSA EMPRESA, agem de má-fé e enganam os clientes. Muita falta de respeito.
Bad experience! Initially, we arrived at the scheduled time and the car was unavailable, as they allowed the previous person to stay longer without worrying about arranging another one, so they already made us wait about 3 hours before looking for another agency. Also, they would not accept the driver's credit card without any foundation, so we had to change the person in charge. And finally, they checked when we returned the car and there was nothing wrong, however, 1 month later they are charging me 180 euros for a lock that was supposedly broken! NEVER MORE WITH THIS COMPANY, they act in bad faith and deceive customers. Too much respect.
