★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho noleggiato un furgone a fine agosto per entrare nella ztl e quindi già consapevole che avrei ricevuto la multa. Il 6 novembre mi viene addebitato da parte di Rent Max il costo di 24 €. Li chiamo agli inizi di dicembre e mi assicurano che a loro non è arrivata nessuna multa. Li richiamo a fine dicembre e mi dicono che in effetti la multa è arrivata (i 24€ prelevati dal mio conto sono per la “lavorazione” della multa!!!!). Lavorazione,non aggiungo altro. Morale della favola, grazie all’intervento di mio suocero siamo riusciti a risalire al verbale e pagare la multa che nel frattempo si era naturalmente triplicata. Atteggiamento e comportamento vergognosi, tipici delle persone che se ne fregano dei sacrifici altrui e pensano solo al proprio introito. Nella “lavorazione” della multa potreste anche prendervi a cuore del cliente, chiamarlo ed avvisarlo dell’arrivo della sanzione anziché ignorare tutto e dare informazioni sbagliate quando uno vi chiama. Atteggiamento vergognoso, professionalità pari allo zero. Pessimi, mai più.
 I hired a van in late August to enter the LTZ and therefore already aware that I would receive a fine. On November 6th I am charged by Rent Max the cost of 24 €. I call them at the beginning of December and they assure me that no fine has arrived to them. I call them back at the end of December and they tell me that in fact the fine has arrived (the 24 € withdrawn from my account are for the "processing" of the fine !!!!). Processing, I do not add anything else. The moral of the story, thanks to the intervention of my father-in-law, we were able to trace the report and pay the fine which in the meantime had naturally tripled. Shameful attitude and behavior, typical of people who do not care about the sacrifices of others and think only of their own income. In the "processing" of the fine, you could also take the customer's heart, call him and notify him of the arrival of the sanction instead of ignoring everything and giving wrong information when one calls you. Shameful attitude, zero professionalism. Bad, never again.

Nonostante avessi prenotato con anticipo un furgone centinato con sponda idraulica per le 8.30 di venerdì 26 giugno il mezzo non mi è stato consegnato prima delle 9.45 ma il bello deve ancora arrivare. Mi viene assegnato un iveco daily molto vecchio con oltre 270.000 km. L’abitacolo non era per nulla pulito e/o igenizzato. Il cassone posteriore era sporco e, dovendo traslocare mobili di casa, abbiamo dovuto prima pulirlo a fondo. Come se non bastasse l’ora e mezza di ritardo il veicolo era pure senza gasolio, completamente in riserva! Ulteriore perdita di tempo! Confort del mezzo inaccettabile, aria condizionata a scatti (si bloccava di continuo, con il caldo di questi giorni fate voi) il cambio aveva innesti difficoltosi e oltre i 60 km/h la guida era molto approssimativa dovuta a un mix di sospensioni scariche convergenza errata e volante storto.
Ciliegina sulla torta al rientro, altra ora di attesa e volevano pure riaddebitarmi l’importo nonostante avessi pagato online da tempo.
Francamente molto meglio i competitor, rent max offre approssimazione nel lavoro e mezzi fatiscenti.
Rather disappointing service. Although I had booked in advance a curtainsider van with hydraulic tailgate for 8.30 am on Friday 26 June, the vehicle was not delivered to me before 9.45 am but the beauty has yet to arrive. I am assigned a very old iveco daily with over 270,000 km. The passenger compartment was not at all clean and / or sanitized. The rear body was dirty and, having to move home furniture, we had to clean it first. As if the hour and a half delay were not enough, the vehicle was also without diesel, completely in reserve! Further waste of time! Unacceptable vehicle comfort, jerky air conditioning (it stopped constantly, in the heat of these days you do) the gearbox had difficult clutches and over 60 km / h the driving was very rough due to a mix of suspensions discharged wrong convergence and crooked steering wheel.
To top it off, another hour of waiting and they also wanted to charge me back the amount despite having paid online for some time.
Quite frankly much better than the competitors, rent max offers approximation in work and dilapidated means.

Contattata inizialmente tramite WhatsApp ci è stata indicata la sede dove trovare il mezzo che era a disposizione. Qui abbiamo prenotato telefonicamente. Tutto perfetto. Nonostante un nostro imprevisto Federico ha ascoltato le nostre esigenze , ringrazio ancora per la sua disponibilità e professionalità. Adesso abbiamo un punto di riferimento. Consigliato.
