m	massimo vigilante on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giorno 13/10/2021 mi sono recato alla Roma Vapor wash per il lavaggio della tappezzeria della mia Opel crossland x che si trovava in condizioni devastanti a causa di un danno fatto da un terzo. Non nascondo, che non ero sicuro che sarebbero riusciti a riparare al danno ma ho voluto fidarmi delle recensioni che avevo letto. Ad accogliermi c'era Riccardo che fin da subito si è dimostrato, persona molto disponibile e cortese nonostante fosse ancora impegnato con un altro cliente! Visionato l'auto, intanto mi ha spiegato di che origine potesse essere il danno e poi mi ha descritto il trattamento a cui avrebbe sottoposto la tappezzeria. Il risultato è stato eccellente. In pratica ha fatto un piccolo '' miracolo''. Ringrazio di cuore Riccardo e raccomando vivamente per il risultato ma suprattutto per la sua professionalità ed efficienza. On 13/10/2021 I went to the Roma Vapor wash to wash the upholstery of my Opel crossland x which was in devastating condition due to a damage done by a third party. I do not hide that I was not sure if they would be able to repair the damage but I wanted to trust the reviews I had read. To welcome me there was Riccardo who immediately proved to be a very helpful and courteous person even though he was still busy with another customer! Having looked at the car, he explained to me the origin of the damage and then described the treatment to which he would have subjected the upholstery. The result was excellent. Basically he performed a small '' miracle ''. I sincerely thank Riccardo and I highly recommend for the result but above all for his professionalism and efficiency.

Sicuramente un servizio da consigliare a chi vuole pulire e sanificare la propria auto con prodotti e macchinari di ultima generazione. Mi sono trovato a mio agio ed ho assistito a tutte le fasi della pulizia. In realtà il risultato è stato nettamente migliore di quanto mi aspettassi. La macchina sembra essere ringiovanita di 10 anni. Professionalità, disponibilità e sopratutto bravi ragazzi. La persona che è venuta a casa è stato disponibile e genitlissimo e il divano.....sembra appena appena uscito dal negozio ! Lo consiglio a tutti! I didn't know them and they were suggested to me on a fb group. I received an excellent, professional service at a competitive price !!! The person who came home was helpful and genitl and the sofa ..... looks like it just came out of the shop! I recommend it to everybody!

Ragazzi professionali, cordiali e simpatici, sempre pronti a spiegare il lavoro in corso e precisi nelle rifiniture finali. La macchina ha ripreso vita, ho solo una foto del prima (il sedile ad onor del vero è stato anche riparato prima del lavaggio), la macchina si presentava sporca e con macchine di muffa sui sedili dovute a infiltrazioni d'acqua, è tornata quasi nuova considerando che ha 21 anni. Raccomandatissimi! First time I used an internal and external steam cleaning service, I must say very satisfied! Professional, friendly and nice guys, always ready to explain the work in progress and precise in the final finishing. The car came back to life, I only have a photo of it before (the seat to be honest was also repaired before washing), the car was dirty and with moldy machines on the seats due to water infiltrations, it was almost back new considering he is 21 years old. Highly recommended!
