La deuxième fonctionnait très bien. Voitures propres avec de nombreux petits dommages. Les prix sont beaucoup plus intéressants en passant par une plateforme. Le coup de l'assurance est assez élevée. Good reception and service. The first car I was given had faulty headlights. They changed it for me after a bit of a wait. The second was working very well. Clean cars with many small damages. The prices are much more interesting going through a platform. The insurance hit is quite high.

Mi sono recato per il ritiro dell'autovettura, ho portato la stampa della conferma riferita alla prenotazione. L'autovettura non mi è stata consegnata in quanto avevo la carta d'identità scaduta. Ho prodotto la patente di guida in corso di validità, il quale rappresenta, per lo stato italiano, un documento di identità valido. Ma per Europecar la patente di guida NON è un documento di identità. Il sig. Simone Pascoli si è dimostrato scortese, impreparato e disinteressato a risolvere il problema. Sono ancora in attesa del rimborso. Ho scritto alla direzione per evidenziare l'accaduto. I disguidi possono avvenire, ma è il modo di affrontare il problema che fa la differenza. Evitateli come la peste! I booked a car the day before the rental. I have regularly paid by credit card, the charge for which is shown on my statement. I went to pick up the car, I brought a print of the booking confirmation. The car was not delivered to me as I had an expired identity card. I have produced a valid driving license, which represents, for the Italian state, a valid identity document. But for Europecar the driving license is NOT an identity document. Mr. Simone Pascoli was rude, unprepared and uninterested in solving the problem. I am still awaiting the refund. I wrote to the management to highlight what happened. Misunderstandings can happen, but it is the way of dealing with the problem that makes the difference. Avoid them like the plague!

This office was very helpful – even with our luggage which was not expected nor necessary. This was especially appreciated because it was a rainy day. I Was impressed with their professional and courteous manner. A bit difficult to park in front of this location but was a great experience.
