★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Hertz ha ottime tariffe, spettacolari nel week end e per i soci TCI. Però questa sede va sistemata. Ci sono andato due volte. La prima non avevano la mia prenotazione. Onestamente devo dire che hanno risolto il problema in maniera accettabile. La seconda volta mi hanno dato informazioni sbagliate sulla riconsegna in altra sede e quando ho chiamato per protestare hanno negato e si sono comportati da cafoni. Quindi usate Hertz ma evitate questo agenzia.
The Hertz has excellent rates, spectacular over the weekend and for TCI members. But this venue must be settled. I went there twice. The first didn't have my reservation. I honestly have to say that they solved the problem in an acceptable manner. The second time they gave me wrong information on delivery back to another location and when I called to protest they denied and behaved like peasants. So use Hertz but avoid this agency.

Questo ha comportato per un noleggio di 3 giorni un aggravio di 220 euro in più rispetto ai 160 euro previsti per un totale di 380 euro per un "errore di comunicazione da parte dell'operatore". Tengo a precisare che tale importo spropositato risulta semplicemente da "spese di riconsegna e tasse". Scandaloso!!!!
