C	Carmen Cabrera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo Abbiamo affittato una macchina precisando che la riconsegna sarebbe stata il 6 gennaio e ci hanno garantito che non ci sarebbero stati problemi. Al momento previsto per la riconsegna dell'auto l'ufficio di via Salaria era chiuso, abbiamo aspettato più di un'ora in strada, nessuno si è presentato per ritirare la macchina e nessuno rispondeva alle nostre telefonate, abbiamo segnalato la cosa alla Hertz Italia che non ha saputo aiutarci se non suggerendoci di riconsegnare la macchina alla stazione Termini (dall'altra parte della città).Ci abbiamo messo quasi 4 ore per restituire l'auto che andava lasciata all'interno di un parcheggio al settimo piano nel pieno degli ingorghi del traffico romano, una follia. Disorganizzazione totale, immaginate se fosse successo ad un turista straniero che non sapeva arrivare a Termini...Certo per la Hertz non è un problema tanto, anche se le macchine vengono consegnate in ritardo, può serenamente addebitare le differenze sulle carte di credito dei malcapitati clienti. Disorganizzazione totale, voto zero. Very bad We rented a car specifying that the return would be on January 6th and they guaranteed that there would be no problems. At the time scheduled for the return of the car, the office in via Salaria was closed, we waited more than an hour on the street, nobody showed up to pick up the car and nobody answered our calls, we reported it to Hertz Italia who could not help us except by suggesting that we return the car to Termini station (on the other side of the city). It took us almost 4 hours to return the car that was left inside a parking on the seventh floor in the middle of the traffic jams in Rome, madness. Total disorganization, imagine if it had happened to a foreign tourist who did not know how to get to Termini ... Of course for Hertz it is not a problem so much, even if the machines are delivered late, it can serenely charge the differences on the credit cards of the unfortunate customers. Total disorganization, zero vote.

The two staff members working at this branch when I collected the car on Saturday morning were extremely helpful, kind, and accommodating.
