M	Mario Pedroli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hanno aperto una procedura di sinistro per una iniqua graffiatura di mezzo millimetro quadrato che c'era già ma che non ho contestata in quanto piccolissima sul cerchio anteriore destro, quando ho ritirato la smart non ho controllato assolutamente la macchina e ho firmato il contratto senza neanche guardare pretendono che io paghi un danno non causato da me.Atteggiamento poco corretto e assolutamente da censurare. Fate attenzione quando noleggiate una macchina da loro. ANNULLO LA PRECEDENTE RECENSIONE IN QUANTO SI SONO ACCORTI CHE NON E' COLPA MIA GENTILI. Mi hanno consegnato la vettura al centro di Roma al Relais Fontana di Trevi senza sovrapprezzo. Grazie Edilfar Rent! e a presto. Excellent service the car was brand new and perfectly clean. Se siete costretti allora quando prendete l'auto fate una scansione attenta e oculata, altrimenti al vostro ritorno potreste ritrovarvi accollate spese molto alte che non vi competono. Una mia amica dovrà pagare 800 Euro in più per un graffietto sul tetto che non ha fatto lei ma che appena presa l'auto non è stata così maliziosa da fotografare tutto. Cose fuori dal normale. L	LUCREZIA GIULIVI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ scrivo con l'account di mia figlia ma mi chiamo Andrea Giulivi,volevo informarvi della scorrettezza della suddetta ditta di noleggio poiche'mi e' capitato di aver noleggiato una smart per 4 mesi consecutivi ed nonostante aver pagato una casco sulla suddetta autovettura che copriva tutto tranne gomme e cerchi(cosa anche normale),al momento in cui ho avuto un sinitro con ragione e con CID regolarmente firmato dalla controparte che dichiarava la sua colpevolezza al momento della sostituzione in loco dell'incidente poiche l'autovettura non poteva circolare causa danni alla carrozzeria ma soprattutto a causa della rottura dello pneumatico del cerchio e del braccetto,al momento della restituzione dell'auto sostitutiva mi sono visto addebitare coattivamente sulla mia carta di credito € 450,67 per gomma e cerchi ed €30 di carburante piu'€ 26 di spese per metterla.Questo accadeva a NOVEMBRE 2019 ad oggi GENNAIO 2021 nonostante il sinistro sia stato pagato € 2.317.00 comprensivo di gomma e cerchi in data FEBBRAIO 2020 la suddeta ,edilfarrent che si vanta dei sui servizi impeccabili non mi ha ancora rimborsato dicendo che la pratica e' in pagamento,ma ogni giorno addicono una scusa diversa.A breve faro'denuncia alla Guardia di Finanza ma STATE ATTENTI ALLE LORO TRUFFE NON SONO L'UNICO. Servizio attento, cortese ed efficiente, vettura pulitissima, nuova e a una tariffa super conveniente!! I love electric cars and the electric B-class also beats Tesla for me! I rented at Edilfar Rent in Rome and left for a weekend in Versilia. Attentive service, courteous and efficient, very clean car, new and at a super affordable rate !!

Non appena chiarisco che l'ultima vettura di cortesia presa risale a qualche anno prima, l'operatore mi dice che si tratta di un errore. La macchina è stata noleggiata ad un terzo con un contratto intestato a me.. A tutti gli effetti è stata noleggiata una vettura a mio nome con tutto cio che ne consegue. INCREDIBILE. Peccato anche per Mercedes che avvalendosi di questi collaboratori abbassa decisamente la qualità dei servizi che negli ultimi anni comincia a perdere stelle..
