β β β β β Total rip off!! Do not use this company!! We were sold a fake insurance when booked via the internet so had to buy another extortionate insurance when collecting the car. Then when checking bank statement, found we were charged an extra Β£40 with reason or explanation. In total it cost Β£378 to hire a hire a fiat panda for 5 days. I've since got a quote from Enterprise, same car, same locations, same insurance for 5 days Β£157

β β β β β The worst ever. The service here totally ruined my mood and plan. We were supposed to pick up a car at 12 but we went there at about 11:20 just in case there would be a long queue, but we got the car at around 1pm. It seems that they do not have enough cars as advertised so they need to contact other allies to suit the demand. As a often traveller, it is understandable to pick up a car later than scheduled since it happens sometimes. However, what really pissed me off was the attitude that the italian female staff had toward customers. She seemed not to care about the delay and even left us in the middle of the long waiting, saying the other staff would take over my case. Probably going for lunch. Not a word of sorry or something like that. Afterwards, i saw all the replies posted here and realized that what i experienced is not one time thing. Should have gone with hertz or others which were only 2 euros more expensive. Don't go there.

β β β β β This is the worst car hire company. Pay more for hertz....
I paid Β£90 online for car hire and was expecting to just pick it up....
On the day they wanted almost Β£2000 as a deposit (????)(refundable)
In the form of credit card which we didn't have.
They then basically bribed us saying if you pay Β£350 they won't take the deposit..... We then agreed, I was waiting for bank money to transfer and they then shut at 1pm lunch time and left us.... Stuck in Rome.... No car.... No help.

β β β β β The employee tried to sell an extra insurance of 700 euros! which we we really didn''t need. Fortunately, the intermediary in advance very clearly communicated. There was also an amount of almost 2000 euro blocked on the credit card type of deposit. Months later we received a mail that we would have had a fine and there was already money taken of the credit card. No copy of the fine or what so ever was embedded. the car was in very good condition but I recommend not to rent at this society

β β β β β They dont have any professional way of calculating the damage. Damage was hardly of 100 euros which they had make a bill of 1000 euros. And just said its its system calculated we cant do anything. Later when we wanted to resolve our query they didn't entertain us. Lady at counter could not resolve any query she asked her boss who never turned up. Customers should never get in their trap. One prsope asked 1000 euros + 65 admin fees+ 34 % taxes and suddely other person comes and says 1000euros+92 euros+38% taxes. Nobody could give us actual figure in time. They wasted our actual 1.5 hour and still could not resolve our issues.

β β β β β Worst company ever. We were supposed to return the car at 18:00 and they were supposed to close at 18:30. We came 17:50 but the two people working there decided to close early and wouldn't let us return the car. After 10 minutes of arguing they just went to their motorcycles so they can leave and agreed to wait just in a condition we will pay the parking until tomorrow morning. An absolute disgrace.
