G	Gloria Antonelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi è stato impedito di entrare col mio cane senza esibirmi il “permesso” che dicevano di aver avuto dal Comune ....alla mia domanda di spiegazione di tale comportamento mi è stato risposto in maniera arrogante e senza troppi complimenti che preferiva perdere la vendita ....Per me la libreria Manzoni è cancellata anche senza cane al seguito....A quella dell’Auditorium come pure nelle varie Feltrinelli mai successa una cosa del genere!!!! I was prevented from entering with my dog without showing me the "permission" they said they had from the Municipality .... my question for an explanation of this behavior was answered in an arrogant way and without too many compliments that he preferred to lose the sale .... H	HÏUKY- ÄVÄ-LÏFË on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dovendo ordinare dei libri di testo per mia figlia che va al liceo,e abitando ai parioli,mi sono imbattuta in questa libreria.La prima volta è stata due anni fa,sempre per ordinare i libri di scuola,in cui mi hanno trattato malissimo.Da quella volta ho deciso che non ci avrei mai più messo piede...Perfortuna hanno aperto una cartoleria in cui sono sempre andata negli anni a venire.Quest'anno però mi sono trovata in difficoltà perché quella cartoleria è chiusa.Non sapendo dove andare quindi,ho pensato di riprovare nella libreria Manzoni e che magari,questa volta sarebbe andata meglio...ma cosi non è stato,perché appena sono entrata la ragazza mi ha trattato con indifferenza e aggressività.Ho deciso di uscire da li subito perché a me sinceramente di pagare 400 euro in un posto dove mi trattano da schifo non mi va.Ci ho provato perché è l'unica vicino a casa,ma a questo punto preferisco andare a cercare altrove.In tutte e due le volte è stata sempre la stessa persona:Una ragazza con i capelli neri ,corti ,bassa statura e occhiali.Dalle mie esperienze sconsiglio vivamente a chiunque di entrare in questo posto.È questo il modo con cui si perdono i clienti e i soldi. È una delle pochissime librerie di Roma in cui l'attenzione ai desideri dei clienti è sempre in primo piano, al contrario di quello che accade in quelle delle ben note catene editoriali, in cui l'aria di sufficienza e il disinteresse del personale e la poca propensione a proporre i piccoli editori sono ben note. Perhaps the best bookshop in Rome, both for the professionalism of the managers and for the courtesy and constant commitment they put on every occasion. It is one of the very few bookstores in Rome where the attention to customers' desires is always in the foreground, unlike what happens in those of the well-known editorial chains, where the air of sufficiency and the disinterest of the staff and the little propensity to propose small publishers are well known.
