★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dopo 12 anni che mi servivo presso la Torino auto devo dire che l'efficienza nel servire i clienti è peggiorata del 100% , non rispondono mai al telefono e quando lo fanno sono infastiditi poco cortesi per non dire scocciati (questo non per tutti i dipendenti ) ore e ore perché ti rispondano alla chiamata.
io mi chiedo se la direzione vuole continuare su questa linea di vendita propongo loro di chiudere e andare al mare .PESSIMO SERVIZIO
after 12 years that I served at the Torino Auto I have to say that the efficiency in serving customers has deteriorated by 100%, they never answer the phone and when they do they are annoyed not very polite not to say annoyed (this is not for all employees ) hours and hours to answer the call.
I wonder if the management wants to continue in this line propose selling them to shut up and go to sea SERVICE .PESSIMO

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finalmente un concessionario con personale cortese e disponibile nella scelta non facile di un automobile. Ci sono un sacco di scelte dalla auto nuova al km zero all'usato garantito. Io ho comprato svariate auto da ToAuto ma soprattutto ho mandato i miei amici da loro e sono stati contenti dell'acquisto. Insomma lo consiglio anche per un ottimo centro assistenza.
Finally a dealer with courteous and helpful staff in the difficult choice of a car. There are a lot of choices from new zero-mile cars to guaranteed second-hand cars. I bought several cars from ToAuto but above all I sent my friends to them and they were happy with the purchase. In short, I also recommend it for an excellent service center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Semplicemente un magazzino ricambi auto dove una chiave sostitutiva per una vecchia 600 costa 160 € e non basta servono poi altri 120 € per farla codificare,non penso serva nessun commento.
Simply an auto parts warehouse where a replacement key for an old 600 costs € 160 and it is not enough then another € 120 is needed to have it coded, I don't think any comment is needed.
