Prendo appuntamento per il tagliando con largo anticipo richiedendo di attendere e me lo concedono ,ma quando mi sono presentato hanno rifiutato di eseguire la lavorazione dicendo che non potevano fare il tagliando a una vettura col service spento... Mancavano 3000 km e vero... Era incluso nell'acquisto dell'auto e non avrei dovuto pagare ed e vero... Ma non mi è stato detto nulla quando ho preso appuntamento ed e assurdo che se uno vuole prendersi cura come si deve dell'auto non lo possa fare... Inoltre ho anche avvertito che la settimana prossima dovrò girare più di 3000 km e mi hanno risposto che non potevano farci nulla... Mattinata di lavoro persa per l'incompetenza del centro... Mi sono trovato stra bene, l'accoglienza, simpatia e la professionalità del capo officina nè è valso in viaggio. Tempo un giro alle Gru, e la macchina era pronta, puntualissimi! Grazie e complimenti a tutto lo staff. 09/05/2022 Aggiornamento Oggi non sono per nulla soddisfatto Costretto a fare una recensione negativa oggi. Stamattina mi sono recato presso l'officina di questa concessionaria, alzandomi alle 6 partendo da Aosta, tra l'altro per riparare un difetto della mia nuova Jeep, non dipendente da me, prendendo un giorno di ferie apposta, con appuntamento 8,30 ero il terzo in ordine di entrata puntualissimo e non vengo minimamente considerato. Continuano ad arrivare auto che mi fanno passare davanti. Non ritengo un comportamento corretto nemmeno quando decido di andarmene, che l'addetto con estrema indifferenza mi dice "se vuole andare vada!" Magari giustificare in qualche modo il cliente della mancanza? Invitare a rimanere? Per me chiuso. Tagliandi li fanno anche ad Aosta e costano pure meno! Area di ricezione del pubblico ben organizzata e accoglienza ottima. Servizio molto efficiente. Auto consegnata con largo anticipo.
