Durante il ritiro dell'auto ho contestato che le gomme non erano state cambiate. Si sono presi l'impegno a farlo ma dopo 1 mese si sono limitati a fornirmi un treno di gomme di minima qualità (marca Cinese sconosciuta) senza montaggio. Il giorno stesso del ritiro l'auto mi ha lasciato a piedi in autostrada causa batteria. Mi hanno rimborsato la sostituzione con dei buoni benzina. Nel complesso il tagliando è stato fatto in modo minimale . Pessima esperienza per chi si vanta di servire il cliente con impegno. Fin qui tutto bene. Il problema è venuto quando ha cercato sul database una delle auto da me richieste, trovando una Ford Fiesta ed elencandomi per mezz'ora una serie di calcoli e possibili finanziamenti per comprarla senza neanche farmela vedere o chiedermi se volevo visionare le auto presenti che andassero bene per me.
