★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata la settimana scorsa perché volevo acquistare una Mokka, inizialmente,(non c' era nessun cliente),nessuno ci ha calcolati,poi siamo stati avvicinati da un venditore che ha fatto troppe parole ma nessun fatto! Volevamo un preventivo scritto ma non l ' abbiamo avuto. Mi spiace perché io avuto x 18 anni Opel! Uscita da lì sono entrata in un concessionario Fiat ed ho acquistato la mia nuova vettura!
I went last week because I wanted to buy a Mokka, initially, (there was no customer), nobody calculated us, then we were approached by a salesman who said too many words but no facts! We wanted a written quote but we didn't get it. Sorry because I had x 18 Opel! Leaving there, I entered a Fiat dealer and bought my new car!

Per l’officina ? non contentissimo…. Tagliando che non risulta ancora registrato su my Opel e software che sembra non riescano ad aggiornare? in compenso gomme invernali nuovissime!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo fatto richiesta a diverse concessionarie per l’acquisto della nuova auto familiare, tra cui Theorema.
a febbraio 2022 mi contatta al telefono il venditore Manuel, voce giovanile e accogliente, il quale mi mette subito a mio agio ad al quale espongo le caratteristiche tecniche e le esigenze familiari(avendo anche 3 bambini piccoli) alle quali puntavo per l’acquisto della nuova auto. Manuel mi capisce al volo indirizzandomi verso l’acquisto della DS7 di cui invia foto e di cui mi espone brevemente preventivo e piano finanziario che valuto in linea con le mie aspettative……Mi fido e vado in concessionaria.
All’appuntamento scopro Manuel essere un ragazzo veramente giovane che non mi aspettavo rispetto alla competenza ed esperienza dimostrata telefonicamente. Mi fa vedere l’auto dal vivo(una km 0 immatr. 31 dicembre 2021, uno spettacolo anche il colore) spiegandomi tutte le caratteristiche e mi propone un vero affare facendomi scontare addirittura anche la mia Fiat bravo da rottamare con 356 mila km.
Che dire esperienza molto positiva; consiglio a tutti di valutare questa concessionaria per l’acquisto della vostra auto in quanto molto affidabili e competenti.
Continuerò a comprare da questa concessionaria anche perché mi hanno proposto già il prossimo affare cambiando l’auto tra tre anni anche se il piano finanziario ne prevede 5. Manuel imbattibile!!!!! ???? N.B. Mi ha assistito in tutto anche nel post vendita!
I had applied to several dealerships for the purchase of the new family car, including Theorema.
in February 2022 the seller Manuel contacts me on the phone, a young and welcoming voice, who immediately puts me at ease to whom I expose the technical characteristics and family needs (also having 3 small children) to which I aimed for the purchase of the new car. Manuel understands me immediately by directing me to purchase the DS7, of which he sends photos and of which he briefly sets out the estimate and financial plan that I evaluate in line with my expectations ....... I trust and go to the dealership.
At the appointment I discover Manuel to be a really young guy that I did not expect compared to the competence and experience demonstrated by telephone. He shows me the car live (one km 0 registered on 31 December 2021, the color is also a show) explaining all the features and proposes me a real bargain, even making me even pay my Fiat good to be scrapped with 356,000 km.
What about a very positive experience; I recommend everyone to evaluate this dealership for the purchase of your car as they are very reliable and competent.
I will continue to buy from this dealership also because they have already offered me the next deal by changing the car in three years even if the financial plan provides for 5. Manuel unbeatable !!!!! ???? N.B. He assisted me in everything even after sales!
