★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molte luci ed ombre: Il personale in officina è molto gentile e si dà un gran da fare, ma spesso è insufficiente. E dal resto della concessionaria non riceve collaborazione. Non solo, ma la linea telefonica (tra fine giugno ed inizio luglio per diversi giorni) non permetteva di parlare con l'officina. Insomma per essere parte di una grande concessionaria multimarche direi che l'organizzazione è assolutamente insufficiente.

Ho portato la vettura per il cambio gomme stagionale
Ho particolarmente apprezzato il sistema di prevenzione COVID adottato
Tutto il personale aveva mascherina e guanti ,poverini otto ore al giorno, poi la vettura è stata igienizzata prima della riparazione.
Hanno messo coprisedili , coprivolante, protetto leva marce e freno a mano. Prima della riconsegna hanno nuovamente spruzzato dell'igienizzante.
Tutto omaggio , il mio parrucchiera ha messo 5 euro di sovrapprezzo covid , loro no .
Sono stati più attenti all'igiene loro rispetto al panettiere sotto casa .
Bravi . Questo dimostra attenzione non solo al cliente , ma anche forte senso etico.

All the staff had masks and gloves, poor people eight hours a day, then the car was sanitized before the repair.
They put seat covers, steering wheel covers, protected gear lever and handbrake. Before returning, they sprayed again with sanitizer.
All free, my hairdresser put a 5 euro covid surcharge, not them.
They were more attentive to their hygiene than the baker in the house.
Well done. This shows attention not only to the customer, but also a strong ethical sense.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fino ad oggi nulla da dire tutto perfetto. Ho acquistato vettura a Febbraio con formula come nuova ed ho usufruito dei loro servizi per un piccolo problema rilevato sulla vettura e per il cambio gomme estive/invernali compreso nel servizio. Per ora sono soddisfatto

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto bisogno di loro un paio di volte ed entrambe ho trovato aiuto e disponibilità nella persona di Enzo, che nonostante non abbia mai un minuto di pace preso tra mille clienti/problemi, si è sempre fatto in quattro per aiutarmi. Non posso che consigliare questa officina Citroen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un pò confusionario poter avere un'appuntamento e quando si arriva in officina ci si trova davanti un sacco di auto si altri clienti che sono posteggiate in attesa di essere portate in officina, nonostante sia già stata fatta l'accettazione e il cliente sia gia andato via.
Anxhe l'accettazione non è molto comoda, in quanto fai l'attesa dove entrano i clienti con l'auto.
Lavorano bene e sono puntuali nella consegna

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho messo 1 stella perchè 0 non si poteva. Ho una C5 da 1 anno, e ho pagato per tutti i servizi annessi di manutenzione. Non c'è stata una volta che abbiano rispettato un appuntamento, il giorno prima costantemente ti chiamano per annullare o spostare appuntamento, o per inventarsi scuse per non darti la macchina sostitutiva. Alcuni dei lavori svolti qui sono stati fatti male e per riuscire ad avere spiegazioni passano settimane perchè sono introvabili al telefono e tra di loro non si parlano. Scandaloso. Ho deciso quindi di pagare di tasca mia gli interventi (che avevo già pagato anticipatamente con contratto) per farli altrove, e non prenderò più una CItroen da Theorema.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pasticcioni ed irreperibili.Pessimo servizio.Telefono per prenotare il primo tagliando in corso Rosselli. Mi fanno richiamare e mi prenotano per lunedi mattina. La sera della domenica mi arriva un SMS dove mi si dice che sono prenotato a Gaglianico (Biella)!! Telefono alle 8 il lunedi mattina e voce registrata dice che rispondono solo dalle ore 9. Dalle ore 9 ogni 10 minuti richiamo per sapere se potrò portare l'auto alle 9,45, risponde sempre la voce registata che mi dice che sono occupati e richiameranno. Fine del mio rapporto con CERTO Service, per sempre!-
