La cosa fondamentale che rileviamo è la trasparenza con cui hanno sempre agito soprattutto in tema Covid ma non solo. In questi mesi sono stati presenti e costanti nelle informazioni mettendo in sicurezza gli ospiti il più possibile. La consiglio sicuramente. My mother has been living here since December 2019 and we are very satisfied. The fundamental thing that we notice is the transparency with which they have always acted, especially on the subject of Covid but not only. In recent months they have been present and constant in information, making guests safe as much as possible. I definitely recommend it.

In questo particolare periodo si sono organizzati in modo tale da poter vedere almeno due volte alla settimana l'ospite in piena sicurezza. La struttura è molto bene e curata. La consiglio! They are very attentive to the needs of the family and the guest. They are punctual in communicating any changes or news to the family. In this particular period they have organized themselves in such a way as to be able to see the guest at least twice a week in complete safety. The structure is very well and cared for. I recommend it!
M	Mery Galy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fin dalla prima visita di conoscenza di questa struttura ho avuto un'impressione molto positiva.da metà ottobre del 2020 Vi risiede mia madre e non è rimasta solo impressione... è davvero un luogo ben gestito e diretto tutto il personale è davvero amorevole e competente.mia madre si trova molto bene.la cura alla sua persona. La cucina.la compagnia...le visite settimanali nostre attraverso la vetrata con tutte le regole antiCovid19 rispettate...le videochiamate.assistite...insomma tutto davvero famigliare.che è quello che x Noi è importante.Grazie. From the first acquaintance visit of this structure I had a very positive impression.From mid-October 2020 my mother resides there and not only an impression is left ... it is really a well managed and direct place all the staff are really loving and competent, my mother is very happy, taking care of her person. The kitchen, the company ... our weekly visits through the window with all the anti-Covid19 rules respected ... the video calls ... assisted ... in short, everything really familiar. M	Marisa Nurisso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condivido pienamente la recensione del Signor Marangio, in una struttura che vorrebbe essere veramente qualificata al "TOP" certi atteggiamenti non sono veramente comprensibili...La quota da pagare non è certo irrisoria (si parla dai 3.000 ai 5.000 € mensili) ma ben venga...però poi si viene a sapere che non esiste la purea di patate fresca o il passato di verdure fresche...NOOOOOOO!!! Tutti prodotti surgelati e purea in fiocchi dei pacchetti del supermercato che paghi niente...perché queste sono le politiche aziendali !(Ma i parenti degli ospiti le sanno queste cose ?!?) Belle politiche! Poi vai un po' più a fondo e scopri che 1 cuoco è stato licenziatio perché ha espresso il desiderio di cucinare con verdure fresche e l'altro cuoco è stato licenziato perché c''era una persona raccomandata che doveva prendere il suo posto.Avrei voluto anche io inserire in questa struttura la mia mamma (ora si trova una rsa in provincia di Vercelli) per averla più vicina a me, però essendo venuta a conoscenza di quanto succede, solo ed esclusivamente per motivi economici in questa struttura di Grugliasco...NON CI PENSO PROPRIO DI SPOSTARE MAMMA QUI !!!!. Le persone ormai pensano che pagando di più hanno il meglio...io pago molto meno e MAMMA HA IL MEGLIO !!!! Ed io anche...videochiamata dell'infermiera (non dall'OSS) con tanto di mamma che si mangia il caffellatte preparato solo per lei ! People now think that by paying more they have the best ... I pay a lot less and MOM HAS THE BEST !!!! And I also ... video call from the nurse (not from the OSS) with a lot of mom eating the latte prepared just for her!
O	Olga Gilli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima assistenza. Gentilezza e cura della persona sono le costanti in questo luogo. Pulizia e disinfezione accurata degli ambienti e attenzione massima alle regole Covid 19. Ottima cucina e assistenza anche a tavola, per far sentire a proprio agio gli ospiti. Anche una persona timida come mia mamma ha partecipato con piacere alle attività, proposte con garbo e competenza. Gli unici problemi (parrucchiera non sempre presente) sono stati causati dall'emergenza Covid, non imputabile all'organizzazione della struttura. Consigliabile. Excellent assistance. Kindness and personal care are the constants in this place. Careful cleaning and disinfection of the rooms and maximum attention to the Covid 19 rules. Excellent cuisine and assistance at the table too, to make guests feel at ease. Even a shy person like my mother participated with pleasure in the activities, proposed with grace and competence. The only problems (hairdresser not always present) were caused by the Covid emergency, not attributable to the organization of the structure. Advisable.
M	Matteo Marangio (druMatt) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Potrei scrivere moltissime cose purtroppo accadute durante soli 6 mesi di soggiorno della mamma, ma per onestà intellettuale mi limiterò ad elencare le cose che ho personalmente visto e vissuto: - molta, troppa disorganizzazione: da quando è stata cambiata la direzione sanitaria la mamma ha avuto un netto tracollo. Al telefono informazioni sempre discontinue ed imprecise, richiamate attese sempre troppo a lungo. Sul lato amministrativo poi, è capitato addirittura che mi inviassero una nota di credito con tanto di modulo per ricevere un rimborso per poi capire dopo quasi 2 mesi che c'era stato un errore. Penso non ci sia bisogno di aggiungere altro. - mia mamma presentava una patologia difficile, non lo nego, ma ho trovato sempre una rigidità che in altre RSA non ho assolutamente incontrato ( anche solo per organizzare delle videochiamate durante il periodo di lockdown). Potrei elencare molte altre cose ma mi sento di esprimere solo un consiglio: non limitatevi a guardare con gli occhi solo il lato estetico o la superficie delle cose, provate a farlo anche con il cuore per capirne la sostanza. Ps: vedere anche una recensione fatta dalla Direttrice in persona della struttura con 5 altisonanti stelle mi intristisce ancora di più... I could list many other things but I would like to express only one suggestion: do not limit yourself to looking only at the aesthetic side or the surface of things with your eyes, try to do it also with your heart to understand their substance. Ps: also seeing a review made by the Director in person of the structure with 5 high-sounding stars saddens me even more ...

Per le comunicazioni con lei erano molto solerti nel passarmela se non rispondeva personalmente dal telefono in camera. Le visite, per il COVID, si svolgevano nel patio posteriore alla struttura. La consiglio vivamente. My mother stayed for a month and had a great time hers for the service, excellent, both for entertainment. For communication with her, they were very quick to pass it to me if she did not answer personally from the telephone in the room. The visits, for the COVID, took place in the rear patio of the structure. I highly recommend it.
L	Lucia Melchionda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cercavamo da un po' una struttura adeguata per nostra mamma, che, peraltro non ne voleva nemmeno sentir parlare, pur essendo invalida al 100% Quando siamo venute a conoscenza di questa Residenza non ci sembrava vero, diversissima da tutte, la concezione è quella di un Hotel a 5 stelle! I pazienti sono considerati ospiti, tutto molto curato in ogni dettaglio. Nostra mamma è presso di loro dal novembre 2019, è stata davvero accolta molto bene da tutti, siamo riuscìte a convincerla con la scusa di fare un mese di riabilitazione ma, giorno dopo giorno si è sentita a casa e oggi quella é la sua casa. Siamo serene nel saperla in compagnia, seguita e coccolata. Confermo ogni parola e immagine che vedete pubblicate sul sito. We are serene in knowing her in company, followed and pampered. I confirm every word and image you see posted on the site. I highly recommend it
